Worst service
Worst service. They always send a message that the delivery wasn’t possible, without any further information and make you go to a service point, even if you have paid for home delivery. Also the customer service is only possible through an automatic chat in their app that no one answers. Really poor service. Not recommended at all.

I have one complain
I have one complain. Somebody should just call or even give me a text before coming to my address. because we all work and there might not be anyone home when the parcel is coming. Also if there was a specific time range (not like 7:00-21:00) mentioned in the app about when the parcel will be delivered then we can atleast have a backup person at home to receive the parcel.
