I hate post nl service. Only have troubles with this courier. Unhelpful contact service. It is the third time that its drivers deliver to another address, glad the these neighbours are kind and always keep my packages but last time they were not at home, and I WAS AT HOME FOR ALREADY DELAYED PACKAGE. Plainly didnt deliver my package saying the delivery was ‘unsuccessful’ although i was at home all day waiting for it. I dont have this issue with other delivery services like ubereat, dhl and amazon.
Return because of the mistake on a label is a process
If you place an order with a mistake in the label (the mistake I did more than once given that I fibd choosing parcell size+dimension process on their site redundantly unnecessary), to get the info on how to proceed for the return of what you paid, you need to engage with an ai agent that will drag you arpund and regulary crash, only to be given a phobe number. Once you get that, they tell you to wait until the order is expired, and only tgen you call again, and again you randomly sellect something in their call menu, because, guess what, they do not have an option, returns or talk to the agent on something out of offered, only then they will tell you that they cannot trace your order but the label and only then they will tell you that you need to know exactly how much you paid otherwise no return. Wow just wow. I won't miss them if they ever go bankrupt.

I had 2 packages coming from the same sender, and since I was not home they left them at a PostNL punt, which is perfectly fine. The next day immediately they send only 1 of the 2 back to sender because of supossedly 'wrong address'. The address was correct on both packages. Customer Service was useless because could not do do anything for me, only file a complaint. I have to wait now for the package to be back at the sender, and they have to ship it again for which I will pay additional costs. Really terrible experience with PostNL

I want to give zero star, but the system is not allow. BAD SERVICE EVER!! I ordered things from Joybuy and is delivered by Postnl. I got a notification email that my package will be delivered BETWEEN 13.40 -15.40 HRS. I took leave from my work half day and was home since 12.00hrs the whole afternoon. No one ring at my door, no one call, nothing deliver. But the I checked my package status it showed my addres was wrong and the package is returning to the sender.??? I use this addres to order things online almost every day, ALMOST EVERY DAY and I always receice it. But with this Postnl why the addres is wrong???
No money, no letter ...no customer service
I sent a letter in January 2026 and paid for the purchase online (order 1RMDI6A). After a month, I contacted customer service and was told the issue would be investigated. Later, I discovered the ticket had been closed without any feedback.
I reached out again and was assured that they would look into it once more. However, after repeated follow-ups, it became clear that no progress was being made and the letter is likely lost permanently. When I attempted to request a refund, I was told this was not possible.
In total, four cases were opened and closed without any feedback:

At this point, I have neither received the letter nor a refund, and the lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing. More broadly, I have experienced frequent delivery issues, both as a sender and a receiver.
It is frustrating that, in what feels like a near-monopoly situation, the service provided is still unreliable and issues are not properly addressed or resolved.

PostNL: Deliveries Straight to the Twilight Zone
On March 28th, I received a lovely notification that my delivery had arrived except, surprise, it didn’t. I was lounging on my balcony all day, and not a single knock, not a peep, and not one neighbor saw it either. Fast forward to March 30th Monday morning I’m waiting, and oh, what a plot twist, the delivery guy didn’t even work that day! So, my precious package has officially vanished into thin air. A truly magical experience with PostNL.
