I have been hosting various client websites with Positive for over 5 years and really can't praise them enough. Their servers are very reliable and rare issues are well communicated and handled very promptly. Based on the usual hosting services alone, I would be very happy to recommend them. But what really makes Positive stand out is their personal connection and support. They make you feel part of the family and actively try to help you improve your business. Their support team has advised and helped with issues I felt were well outside the remit of a normal hosting contract. Small requests have been answered with full solutions, capable of much more than I requested. Rather than just telling them what technical solution I need implemented, I can ask them for advice on how to best solve a business issue. They are a great partner and have provided me with a lot of peace of mind.

The team at Positive are incredibly responsive and professional, but the best thing about them is their personal touch. I get to speak to the support engineers directly and can always communicate with the same person should I choose - it makes such a difference compared to a provider with an oversized support team where each call has to start with a re-explanation of the current issue.
