Monsieur Fox - Great product and presentation
Great product quality (we bought some pocket squares). Also, they were nice enough to send a handwritten thank you note. We loved it and will for sure shop at their website again!

US Customs apparently switched my order with another one (as we received each other's orders and the packaging showed heavy signs of tampering). Adrian was kind enough to re-send me the original item I ordered free of charge without any fuss. An unfortunate situation but it was handled very well.

Beautiful Products, Outstanding Customer Service
I have purchased two pocket squares from Monsieur Fox for my husband. The designs are so unique and the quality is beautiful. The customer service is above and beyond. The last purchase I made they went out of their way to fulfill my order and have it arrive in time for Father's Day.

Fine goods but poor shipment
Certainly like the company's selection of things but the experience was diminished greatly by how poorly the things I purchased were shipped to me. Two pocket squares were crammed into a small plastic envelop and were so badly effected by shipping that I had to send them out to remove all of the wrinkles. A huge disappointment to say the least.

Thanks for posting your review, although I'm very sorry to hear that your pieces did not come well packaged or handled.
We pack and ship these ourselves, and typically we don't have an issue, however, mistakes are made. Also, sadly, we can't control what the shipper does to our package in transit, although we can at least do a better job to ensure the items are packed more carefully going forward.

1) Is there any damage to the pocket squares? If so, I'd be happy to send you new ones or refund you.
2) Please let me know the cost of the pressing service you used, I would like to re-imburse you.

Setting the benchmark in menswear accessories
MFox whilst a new player in the market has in my opinion set the benchmark for the design and tailoring of menswear accessories. MFox pocket squares contain the deepest of colours that add a twist to any wardrobe. The brand was my standout brand in 2015, outperforming many more established players. MFox, does everything well from the personal communications to the packaging and of course Devine product, I can not recommend them enough!
