AVOID THIS SITE..... I ordered a Jacket September 2019 - it never arrived - I kept chasing it and was told it was running late etc. I contacted Paypal who chased it for me - I have today received a refund - this site is a SCAM.

I ordered 3 items about a month ago

I ordered 3 items about a month ago. I paid additionally for "expedited" shipping. The first item arrived after 3 weeks and was fine. The second item arrived about 2 weeks later and was the wrong item. I sent back a picture of the received item and the SKU which plainly showed a different item from that which I ordered. "Suzie" responded that I had received the correct item. The sweater ordered was described as "knitted" the item received was absolutely not knitted but a plain tight weave of inferior quality. Also, the packing slip accompanying the wrong item indicated "standard" shipping when I had clearly paid for "expedited" shipping. Standard shipping was free because I had ordered about $75 worth of clothing. I have written several times regarding the slow "expedited" shipping and I get either no response or some pro forma drivel. Based on my experience, this is a BAD site and should be avoided.

Beware of fake positive reviews!

Bad/scam companies are posting FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They have people FROM THEIR COMPANY write positive reviews for THEMSELVES, but if you look closely at the grammar, they are very similarly bad and obviously written by a foreigner: clearly their own Chinese scam business. NEVER GIVE THESE BUSINESSES YOUR MONEY. These guys and Wish will never go away if we don't boycott!

Waiting for a reply and/or delivery

I am waiting for an order. And waiting.
I have made 9 efforts to contact Popzora, aka Elluta Design, with no reply.
My growing concern and online search brought me here to Trustpilot, where I’ve read horrible reports & reviews of Popzora. I’ve seen a few references to Elluda, where posters expressed concern about not being able to track that name/company - Elluda is the name that appeared in my PayPal account, and it is, indeed, ELLUsive.
There are numerous reports of purchases arriving that were unwearable for a variety of reasons and the ellusive Popzora, when they actually responded to purchasers, made it clear that a return wasn’t going to happen - also for a variety of reasons.
I’m inclined to think that my purchases, if they arrive, will be shockingly disappointing.
Regarding global trade, specifically China, I’m curious re the possibility of a group or class-action lawsuit eventually forming to get them out of the U.S. market completely. They’ve clearly misrepresented their services and their stock.
One poster defended Popzora, claiming they are not responsible for quality or service from companies they distribute. Baloney.
We’ll see if my order arrives and, if so, whether the three dresses resemble what I carefully ordered according to Popzora’s own descriptions.
I’m glad I kept screen shots from their website of the orders & items. There’s no argument to those.
Meanwhile, I suggest NOT ORDERING FROM POPZORA or ELLUDA DESIGN.
I’ll update my review upon either 1) receipt & inspection of my order, & any correspondence with either company, or 2) not having received my order within the time frame of my plus$12 expedited shipment.
I am truly hoping to be pleased.

Item arrived and is no way near what was pictured and ordered . And it has a weird smell .. ordered a grey hooded cardigan .. hit a thin seethed that’s waist length .. not like what was pictured.. tried to do return only to find out you have to send to China !! Soooo if you order and it’s off anyway your stuck with item!! DO NOT BUY FROM POPZOLA..

No Product

Hi all, should've read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered a sweater on October 11, 2019, and paid for express shipping, 7-10 days...it was supposed to be a gift for a party tomorrow, Oct 27th, and it has not yet arrived!! I am so angry! If there were additional 'processing days', as one reply said, it should have been mentioned, but it wasn't and although popzora took my money the first hour after I ordered it, I still have no product, with no explanation. I will be reporting this to the BBB, and will not order here again. I will stick with Amazon Prime who always gets my orders to me either the next day or a day later!

Do not be fooled by express shipping

Do not be fooled by express shipping. I paid for 7-10 day shipping and did not receive items in time for an event. I ordered on the 7th and still don’t have my items on the 19th. Popzora does not process your order when they receive it. Customer service did nothing to help. Just use Amazon. Not worth the hassle.

Horrible experience and company. Beware.

I purchased a coat and had too many problems with this order. First, they didn't tell me their sizes are for Asian bodies, so needless to say, I ordered a Medium and it tuned out to be a US XS. It took forever to ship. The coat had some stains under the neck as well. When I contacted the seller asking for an RMA per their instructions, no response. Had to open a PAYPAL dispute to get their attention. Then they responded asking to send back the coat to a ridiculously long Chinese address. The shipping quote was $227 for a $52 coat, cheapest with tracking. Because the seller provided a return address, now PAYPAL can't do anything. Have to get my credit card company or bank involved to dispute the money for me. It's been a horrible experience. Please beware.
This is a reply to their reply that follows, notice how they offer to give me a refund after I return the merchandise. So they want me to pay $227, send back the item to China, to get $52 back. Ridiculous! It will cost me out of pocket $175 to return the coat. Not too bright. Also the sizes are depending on countries not designers. Asian bodies are smaller than American bodies. Also, why do they present themselves as Popzora and then change their name to Elluta Design? An honest company provides a US address, responds quickly and it's the same company from beginning to end.

Do NOT order from this company!!! The size they sent was 3 sizes off. You must return your flawed order to CHINA! The postage for that is outrageous. If you wish to order a size that would be right (well, how would you know???) they will give you a 15% discount if you do NOT return the one you initially ordered. TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Warning! Fake/phony/junk/illegitimate shoe retailer

Ordered over $200 worth of shoes and not one pair is as advertised and pictured. They are laughable fakes that somewhat resemble the items they were selling. I will include the email sent to explain to me that I was pretty much out of luck but they'd offer me 15% of my purchase rather than return the 7 pair of shoes:

Do not buy from this Popzora

Do not buy from this Popzora. I bought boots with fringe. They were made with cheap synthetic leather looking material with a foam backing. The souls were orangish plastic. And they didn’t fit.
I emailed to return them. They answered the next day and said I would need to return them to CHINA and the cost would be more than the price of the boots. They were such bad quality that I threw them in the trash. Lesson learned again. Read return policy and find out where they ship from and where to return them.

Worst customer service yet

Worst customer service yet. I inquired about an order 7 days after it was purchased. 4 weeks later... no shipment and no response from customer service. I've asked for a refund but I've also had no response. I guess I may have to eat this one and lesson learned about reading reviews.... there are no review on the website.

I wish I would have read the reviews on…

I wish I would have read the reviews on Popzora before I purchased the product! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (wedges) and the quality was horrible. Plastic buckles and instead of leather (or even pleather) it was plastic-type material. These would have fallen apart the first time work. Sent notice to return and they said I had to pay for shipment back to China (pay customs if applicable), etc. DO NOT BUY from this company.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to work with. I only wish I wouldn't have wasted my money and time. Clothes are cheaper than dollar store quality and returns are not an option unless you want to mail them to china. I cannot even unsubscribe from them effectively; they keep emailing me!

Jipped!

They only get s one because they shipped it after 4 weeks,😂. The dress as ordered was a xxxl, when it finally arrived, I noticed it would fit a size one on US. I wanted to return for 41.00+ dollars. They said they would send return confirmation. Never came.
