This is not fake. Don't Order

This is not fake. I odered 5 items. It took a month just to get 2. The coat was a thin jacket of poor quality and the sweater was 2 sizes too small. Still waiting to be disappointed on the other 3 items after 6 weeks and i paid for expedited shipping. Take my word for it. Do not order from this site!!!!!!

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company. These people are scammers at their finest. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.. The item i ordered came in (after three months, and countless emails). It was absolute trash and nothing remotely close to their website picture. Cheapest crap they could throw together. i should have known something was up when their "tracking number" was in Chinese!!!!!
Trust me popzora is a SCAM of the worst kind. 1 star is too much for these people.

I will rate Popzora lower than 1 star, not star but X, if only there is zero is the rate I will give Popzora. This clothing online store is misleading! They will show us the many beautiful selections of clothing and the prices are in dollars... not cheap prices! but they are awfully different when they shipped them to u! I had spent over $100 to many beautiful cotton coats but received rag looking coat! As u can see on the left, that is what they advertised and on the right, that is what I received! False advertisement and I paid almost $30 on that cheap coat. No! They won't let you return it because they will delete all the item pictures in your order email and won't give you any thing to contact or email them for return. Lucky, I took a picture of this coat on their online store for all u people to see the big difference. It will be the first and the last time I will buy from this company! Also, don't believe those many 4 or 5 stars given to this company. They are false reviews from their own employees in China located in Europe. Mark my words and it will save u huge amount of $. Btw, don't be mislead that after this bad review, over 50 reviews from the "so-called previous satisfy customers of Popzora" will pop-in to this site to cover this honest review. Sooo predictable from Popzora and team!

I ordered a total of 5 winter items…

I ordered a total of 5 winter items from Popzora. I received three. I contacted customer service several times but still have not received the additional two items. I checked their site for the same items on their winter clearance sale, but could not locate the pants and top I ordered and still have not received. I should have researched this company before ordering, but did not. I will never order from this company again nor will I refer any friends or relatives. I am not the first person to be ripped off by Popzora and sadly will not be the last. Evidently, this is common practice to send part of your order but not all of it. Customers are being ripped off over and over by this company. If you order you will never receive a request from the company to review their service. They are not interested in customer reviews because they know what their intent is to screw the customer out of money.

If I Could Give ZERO Stars, I Would

This company, by far, has the worst customer service on the planet. I ordered a sweater that is extremely cheap looking in person and looks nothing like the photos they present on their ads. The very next day, I emailed their "service" department to determine how I was supposed to return the sweater for a full refund. It's been over a week now, and I STILL have no clue how I'm supposed to return this freaking ugly sweater for a refund. It took 5 days (2 emails and Facebook messaging) to get a response, and when I replied with the information she asked for (picture of the sweater and the bar code on the package) she never responded to my reply. It's a complete scam, and I fear I've been taken!! I recommend NEVER dealing with this company... EVER!!!!

*******This is a supplemental comment to the review I just made. 4 minutes ago, popzora.com responded to my review with a BS comment asking me to provide picture and emails, which I have already done. FYI to anybody paying attention to this... I am preparing to file a class action lawsuit against this sham of a company. If you have been screwed, just as I have, google my name and email me. I would love to work with you to shut this company down!!

BEWARE: They have terrible customer service and clothing fabric is not what it looks like on line, cheap.

They have terrible customer service. I order 4 sweaters on 12/19. I have received 3 of the 4 to date, 1/30/20. I've written to them and there has been no response. Their products are not what they look like on line, cheaper in fabric.
When you place an order you get an email saying items may ship separately and you will receive an email each time an order has shipped. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
It's not worth ordering from them. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. You never know when you will receive the item. I will not buy from them again.

WORSE online company-STAY AWAY!! If everything fits perfectly, NO PROBLEM. I tried to exchange 2 items and return one, they kept not answering my questions, nor did they ever provide a receipt. I kept emailing them asking for a copy of one and they said they can't do that! How can a company exists without any records?
They try to wear you down and become frustrated. For example: They also want you to pay import/export tax costs, as well as submit the form requested, but won't give you a form. They just tell you to go to the post office, and take care of it
That's when they say how about a 25% refund. You grab it because your lucky if you get any other info concerning your purchase. I must have sent 25 emails, (NO PHONE NUMBER available), and I still can't get a receipt to work with. THEN, according to my records, I DIDN"T get the full 25% return, or I don't think I did because, sorry AGAIN, I never got a receipt.
So now I have 3 out of 4 items that sit in their packages they came in at the bottom of my closet. Kiss that $95.00 goodbye.
When I googled a request for complaints for Popzora, and came to this site, I find that this site has experienced fake reviews for Popzora. Fraud, I am not surprised!! If I could give them a negative number I would. They are in china and I can't do anything but warn you with this review. Pam Comstock

Horrible company

Horrible company. Sent totally wrong items, and quality is bad. They refused to give me a refund and rudely blamed me. They ended up giving me 12$ back when I spent 70$

Never received the sweater/coat…

Never received the sweater/coat ordered. Was charged $46 and only received an $8.00. They had offered a choice of credit to my account or a refund. I chose the refund. These people are absolute thieves. If I had any recourse to recover my money believe me I would pursue it. I hate thieves!

I placed an order with Popzora a month ago. It has already been paid for and I have not received it nor will anyone answer my emails that I have sent numerous times asking for help tracking my purchase. We have received your pictures, but the pictures look nice.
Sorry,returning a parcel to china is really very expensive and inconvenient.
The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china .This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose.
Would you like to send them to your friends or Charity as a gift, you know maybe many other people like them?
