The delivery of a new drive belt I thought was expensive and because it was wanting a signature the post man could not just post it through the door. This caused a delay because of waiting for a redelivery. May I suggest for small inexpensive parts you send it through just normal 1st class post or similar. Nothing wronge with product, and I'm very please to give my bandsaw a new life. Works great.

From contact to order the customer service was excellent. The pricing beat all others. I had a problem with the first delivery (the problem was due the carrier, not (Poolewood).
This was no problem to their customer services, the next day a replacement was received.
All credit to Ian and the way the problem was handled and overcome.

Prompt delivery and great product; no problems at all.

My wife waited for the delivery, a knock on the door with delivery guy asking for a signature, basically he had backed up to the drive dragged the items out the back of his little van and left.
Too heavy for my wife to handle I had to leave work to put it in a secure place, I'm not leaving £700 worth of equipment on the drive in this day and age.
Think you need review your delivery procedures.

Yet to use the item but it delivered on time as stated.

A good price and quick (free) delivery from Poolwood, so they were great. The drill is fine, with a couple of niggles. Firstly, there was a patch of rust on the machine head casting, which was disappointing. Secondly, as I was expecting after watching other reviews of this machine, the run out on the chuck is not great. Why Nova can’t include a better quality chuck with such an expensive press is beyond me. Other than that, the features are great.

Quick delivery, product just as described

ordered a plunge saw and rails on the 14/11/23 item said it was in stock
well they never tell you when its been despatched, i had to beg them for a tracking number numerous times, i did get 1 eventually
the saw eventually turned up on the 22/11/23 unfortunately it was incomplete, and dumped in my rubbish bin. i messaged the company to ask about the order , but no response. now im feeling ripped off,
but hey ho i get a phone call from fedex on the 29-11-23 saying they have a parcel for me. it was the missing part of the whole order.
would i buy from here again. the answer is no..
