I ordered a Tormek course dimond wheel
I ordered a Tormek course dimond wheel. when received there was a note from the previous costemer who returned the stone.
I found nothing wrong with dimond wheel, but I was a little consern with receiving another custermers personal information.

Thank you for your review. Gosh, sorry I have checked this out, the customer requested a return almost straight away but we had already packed and sent it. When it cam back in literally a couple of days, we could tell it was stil in the original packing we had sent it in as we cut and prepare to boxing ourselves for extra strength. Dispatch did not think to check for personal notes as they thought it had been unopened and as your order was the next to be dispatched they took advantage of the ready to go item. We did not check for notes etc. as the packaging was damage free.
We have amended our process to ensure returned items are opened and checked.
I can only apologise to you.
