I don't understand all the good…
I don't understand all the good reviews? I ordered a viper 3 chuck pack. It was on back order. However I still don't have it, I have emailed them three times, and not got an answer. Checking online I suddenly find they are having a short break, phone calls won't be answered. Very poor and ignorant service. Don't buy anything from them.

We are a small family run business and that means when we take holiday (which is not very often) we do have to pause the telephone calls, however we are still checking emails. One of your items is yet to arrive in stock, as advised on your order confirmation it is due on 25th June, once it is dispatched you will receive tracking details however it will be on a next day service via DHL.
