Audi A1 first car purchase
The sales person Laura Pennington was outstanding in communicating and being helpful with any requests I had.
I have bought a few cars remotely and this was by far the best experience I have had, the handover was faultless and Laura went the extra mile to make my daughters first car purchase special.

Audi Poole couldn't have done anything more to have made buying a car as easy as possible. Faultless service standards, from everyone in the Poole Showroom, especially by Tim, and also the Yeovil Showroom too. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! As i went into Audi, I spoke to Cameron and he helped me the whole way through. I found my dream car whilst Cameron helped speak me through everything and was very polite and helpful! The reveal was better than i imagined and he answered any questions i had and was always quick to respond over email too. Everything went through fast and simple as well as additional pieces i wanted for the car. Beyond happy i went with Audi!

I have always bought Audi for as long…
I have always bought Audi for as long as I can remember - first the A3 then the TT Roadster and now, since I am getting older and finding it harder to get in and out of the TT, a Q3. Kyle was brilliant, not pushy and guided me through the process, helped identify the right car for me, helped me transfer my private plate and also was understanding and really supportive given I really didn’t want to give up my TT, which was simply a joy to drive. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Poole Audi (and Kyle) to anyone. You can’t ask for better

¹I had an outstanding experience at Poole Audi.
My experience of purchasing my new car was the best service I have received from any car dealership over the last 25 years
There was none of the usual main dealer "˜negotiating theatrics' and no pressure to add extras to the sale. From first being greeted by Laura, test driving the car and to the handover of the car the whole process was very pleasurable, a feat not often achieved by main dealerships! There were a few mishaps with the new Audi System and processes but it was just part of "bedding in" a new system. Laura and Hayley were courteous, polite and professional at all times. On the handover my Q6 and the MyAudi app were setup and configured. I was also shown through all the screens and functionality of the MMI.

I have had many Audi’s & have always…
I have had many Audi’s & have always gone to Poole Audi for the cars servicing & any repairs for many years ! They are always super efficient & it’s all very well managed from the beginning of dropping your car off at the customer drive in where your greeted by lovely polite Audi booking in team , any problems with your car you are kept informed & sent a video by your Audi Mechanic showing what the problem is with the car .
I’ve always found Audi to be very competitively priced with repairs & having taken out service plans over the years with Audi it’s very cost effective & your cars in good hands there as obviously only Audi parts are used
When you come to pick your car up you can have a lovely coffee & once your cars ready at the customer collection area you’re good to go !
Can't recommend them enough !

A fantastic buying experience Poole Audi…
From the timei arrived at Poole Audi my wife an I were treated as a valued customer and after paperwork dealt with we were shown a covered up car.ready to unveiled it was for a two year old car presented in a beautiful condition, then after a handover by Hayley we were presented with coffee for the journey home to Plymouth and a special bottle of wine to celebrate on arrival home.
