I play for fun on this site but do play in casino. Very lucky at casino, but I feel from the bottom of my heart, this site is rigged. Once you purchase chips, you are on their radar and I won't believe anything else. I play with a group in a private game on this site and they have many complaints as well so I thought I'd play the "free" games since I had so many chips built up. That's a laugh!! I play just like I play in the casino and lose about 80-90% of the time which in unacceptable. I have won tournaments at casinos and play No Limit Cash games and also very lucky....but not here. I'm done. They have more money than I have spent at casinos. Might go to WSOP site.

Connectivity is terrible.
I have a very stable, high-speed internet connection. I can stream videos, watch Netflix, and use every other online service without any issues. Yet PokerStars constantly tells me that my connection is weak and repeatedly disconnects me while I'm playing.
I have just lost money in a multi-table tournament because the game became completely unplayable. The buttons stopped responding, and every hand was automatically folded due to the connection issues. After years of putting up with this, I've decided to withdraw my money and leave the site.
It genuinely pains me to do so because I love the tournaments and promotions that PokerStars offers. Unfortunately, none of that matters if the software is unreliable.
For the record, this is not a new issue. I've been experiencing the same problem for years, across multiple computers and different internet providers. Since every other online service works flawlessly, it's hard to conclude anything other than that the problem lies with PokerStars rather than with my setup.

We have a dedicated server that shuffles millions of decks every day. The data from player input is not used to shuffle the next hand at the table. The server doesn't have any information about the table where the decks are going to be used.

5 days of the worst mathematically impossible 1 outer bad beats. 1 seat gets every card they need no matter what they have. Feels like either cheat software is involved or the game coders are playing with inside info.
Then they insult you by giving back 2% of your losses!
