The entire platform is absolutely terrible. I constantly get error messages, and the system kicks me out of almost every game. I have to play on a computer because the app cannot even be properly downloaded on my phone. The interface and overall design are awful, the platform is slow, and it is far from user-friendly. The customer support is extremely slow as well.
And as for the hands, I would rather not even get started… they seem completely unrealistic to me. Overall, the platform provides an absolutely terrible user experience, and honestly, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Need help again and it is the same problem. Last night I was on a table and it was time to get off to go take shower and do pt on knee. I told table I have to get off to to do Physical therapy on knee as I had knee replaced. Another play said I had mine done in May. We had a conversation on our knees. Now my stalker supermom013 was at table and threatened me and other player with flooding the chat box. I told this evil woman that Stars has a neat feature, rt click if you don't want to here our chat. Told her to quit threatening me. The other player was very informative on recovery time as he had his knee replaced a month before me, I left table.
I got back on a new table and my stalker was not there. There was this player with handle 9point and had a deer head picture. 01. I said nice 9 point, Player did not respond. I said nice 8 point. no response. I said nice spike just joking with 9 point but no response. I just wanted to talk about where he shot deer at.
Next thing I had a good hand a full house. I wagered and my friends all folded and I said good fold I had a full house.
Next line my chat was took for is telling supermom if she does not like my chat to right click me.
Conclussion: I have asked stars to keep these two women away from me as they have stalked me for 9 years playing slow every hand until time runs out. Supermom spies on me and she is not even sitting at my table and reports me. ASKING FOR A REVIEW AS AGAIN I SAID NOTHING WRONG TO LOSE CHAT. TY

PokerStars refuses to help me withdraw my own money
I had around €15 remaining in my PokerStars account. I am currently in Cyprus, where PokerStars no longer offers Real Money services, so I cannot access the Cashier or any withdrawal methods.
Instead of helping me withdraw the remaining balance, PokerStars is charging an inactivity fee. I was notified that $5.76 had already been deducted, and they state that a €5.76 monthly fee will continue to be charged while my account has a positive balance.
I contacted support and asked for a manual withdrawal to my Revolut account. Their response was essentially: go to another country where PokerStars operates and withdraw it yourself.
So they are taking fees from my balance while simultaneously preventing me from withdrawing it, and they refuse to offer any alternative solution.
This is extremely poor customer service.
