Good customer service experience.
I had a great experience with their customer service.
I ordered a case for a new cell phone and shortly thereafter, a family member gave me a new case for the phone. I contacted the company about canceling the order and was told it had just been shipped out. Customer service advised me to not accept the delivery and the money would be refunded.
So I did just that – I refuse the delivery and took it back to the post office. I let customer service agents know that and shortly thereafter received a refund.
Can’t speak to the quality of the case because I never opened the package, but the company was very helpful and I appreciate that it was an easy process to get the refund.
