I had a great experience with their customer service.
I ordered a case for a new cell phone and shortly thereafter, a family member gave me a new case for the phone. I contacted the company about canceling the order and was told it had just been shipped out. Customer service advised me to not accept the delivery and the money would be refunded.
So I did just that – I refuse the delivery and took it back to the post office. I let customer service agents know that and shortly thereafter received a refund.
Can’t speak to the quality of the case because I never opened the package, but the company was very helpful and I appreciate that it was an easy process to get the refund.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. The agent, who I doubt is even human and is a bot, consistently lies about the package being sent, they say they don't offer international priority shipment despite it being on the checkout page. They say they will follow up by email and never do.
It's been almost a week and they have failed to actually send the package, just a shipment notification.

Scammers, just don't bother.

My Poetic case has been doing it's duty for over two years, protecting my phone, taking all the hits in its stead. So now my phone is still in perfect shape, but the clear front cover had become a little scuffed.

Since the case was structurally still sound, I hoped I might be able to buy just the front cover. I emailed customer service, with my original order number, asking if they sold that part separately. I got an email back immediately. They'd already arranged for an entire new, in package, copy of the product to be shipped to me.

It arrived soon after, I replaced the case, and it's looking new again.

Wow. That's some customer service.
