If there would be the option for-5 or -10 would sound more better.A postman brought a parcel to my place and I wasn´t around,he decided to return back the parcel to the sender in the same day without notifying me either by leaving the notification letter to pick my parcel at the nearest post office or either by sending me the sms.Normally If the receiver is not around,they left the notification letter and you pick your parcel in the office and it always take 2weeks(14days)to be returned back to the sender.This one decided to return it in one day after he left my place.

Absolutely shocking! I'd give 0 stars if the system allowed me to. They really need to crack down on thieves in this company. This is the second time in 2 months, something has been stolen from my parcel. Absolutely awful !!!

I moved from Poland to Australia this month.
Posted 5 parcels, 3 to Australia and 2 to India.
The lady Dorota told me it could take upto 3 months as it was normal delivery. I was okay with the time frame. Its 18th and voila!!! The parcels which were India bound reached already. 46 kg worth of stuff...

If I could give -5 stars I would happily do it. Thrle worst company in the history, proven several times. I regret every second I posted something precious with them. 3 weeks later not a single update. I read the reviews from other users and I realised that all of us have the exact same issues. Shame l, I hope this company ll bankrupt any time soon.

Registered parcels disappearing!From Poland to Ireland takes 2-3 weeks to deliver sometimes 1 month!When you contact them they will blaim Irish post but parcel disapear in poland as per tracking.They simply rob parcels!Happened few times over the years..Worst post in the world.

A number of books were not delivered to customers in Poland and nearby countries and, guess what, due to the same crappy delivery service. As a result, we have now a mailbox full of complaints and get blamed for an irresponsible third-party service that can't comply with their main task: deliver packages! This is ridiculous and it is been costing us money!

Typical post comunist organisation,they even don not try to answer their unsatisfied customers on thi site like other companies do.
Never trust them,my partner lost her ID in Agios Nikolaos so the only way to fly back to Poland was to obtain passport which she has at home.
It was send in priority letter on 6.9.2020 10 am from Rybnik and it takes 3 days to reach Warsaw !!!!!!!!!
Until today - 12.09.2022 - hellenic Post has no record that the letter came to Greece.
If we will not get the passport tomorrow we have to wait for the delivery and buy new tickets,Poczta Polska may be sure that these extra expenses as well our stress will be paid by these .......................

Very bad communication
not honest employees.
I paid for fast shipping. 5 working days and never delivered.
My package was returned to them because of their mistake in not filling the information in the system.
I am trying to get my package back, but they do not help and give full information.

Fake, misleading information provided by this institution to their customers! They should be ashame and they should pay for the problems they cause to customers!

Truly abysmal postal service, packages get lost quite frequently. And you can waste hours of your life standing in line there. I myself had the misfortune of having something being send from France and handed over to the Polish post.

A lot of people here joke a package drops in a black hole when it crosses the border to Poland. It's literally the case for me. The tracking is dead and in the postal office they won't admit to it being lost, but they can't tell me where it is either. (2+ weeks now my "express" package is in Poland.)

If you do anything in Poland, and need to send documents or perhaps you want to send some personal items. It's highly recommended to skip these guys in favour of an international courier.

You will also save a lot of time, as these Polish offices are often an anacronyms. You feel like you're stepping into a museum / gift shop or perhaps the museum's gift shop when you enter one of their branches. (they are stocked with non postal service related items much like a news paper kiosk would be, nobody seems to be buying things but it does not stop them from trying to sell you stuff.)

Often you can wait for 30 minutes before you get to speak too a clerk, so it's fair to say this model is dated. This is an other reason to avoid these guys. It just takes so much of your time.

Luckily new services such as Inpost and international couriers provide an alternative to these communist holdovers, and hopefully we can relegate them to where they belong soon enough. As a bad memory in the pages of history.

We're a company sending goods from Japan,world-wide. Unfortunately, Polish Post remains one of the most unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable Postal services- not only in Europe, but, on the planet. In fact, the service is so unreliable (so many packages have 'magically' disappeared over the years) that we have ceased offering service to customers in Poland. It's simply no longer worth the risk/losses of sending mail to Poland - goods eventually vanish (even when sent with tracked/registered service), insurance claims are always pushed off back to Japan "Contact someone else, don't bother us" (is the general sentiment from "customer service"),and customers demand refunds. How a service this negligent, can be permitted to operate in the E.U., is truly baffling to us.
