Bought a UAD plugin through you. The plug in was easy enough to buy just the install and license verification process was a huge waste of time. i got stuck following the tutorial when it got to the ilok verification... the information may be outdated because i tried to follow the steps for a long time and couldn't make it work, all i actually needed to do was activate it through the UA connect. huge waste of time there but once i did that, very easy to use

SynthV2 is fun.
Absolutely amazing value, I bought the Beat magazine due to the free SynthV2 Core program and one of the 3 Dreamtonics SynthV2 voicebanks. There are alot of other things aside SynthV2 in the site but I am a mere beginner so i am not sure how to use the other things that came with the magazine. My only complaint was that claiming the license for SynthV2 Core and its voicebank was a bit confusing but I'd highly recommend using this site for great deals in music production!

Captcha seems broken beyond repair...
I love Plugin Boutique. I have been a loyal customer for many years. However, the last 2 purchases I made were made very painful by the new (?) Captcha protocol. I have tried everything: different computers, different browsers, clearing my cache, etc. No matter what I do, I manage to get a fail. Even when it reads "Success!" it then somehow reconfigures into a fail. And the "troubleshoot" function is worthless. I can''t be the only one having this problem, but unfortunately it will make me think twice before buying from them again.
