However, I completely understand how cumbersome software setups can be, especially when needing to create separate accounts at the manufacturer's websites as well as having to download and install 3rd party installation/authorisation licence applications. It is for this reason that we create detailed step-by-step install guides and videos, to make processes as clear as possible.

SSL plugin may need different lics code
I purchased two plugins, one from SSL. It was difficult to understand, based on your instructions, or lack thereof, how to download it. Your instructions said to go to a particular link for instructions on how to download and install it, but that link just took me to the page that provided a licence code, which didn't fit into the spaces my DAW was requesting . There was no mention that I would have to get a different code for iLok (which, I'm afraid, is pretty confusing on its own). Eventually, from the SSL site I was able to find the instructions to get the correct code for iLok.
Regardless, it was a good deal on the software, and I'll continue to shop with you.

The plug in was easy enough to buy just the install and license verification process was a huge waste of time. i got stuck following the tutorial when it got to the ilok verification... the information may be outdated because i tried to follow the steps for a long time and couldn't make it work, all i actually needed to do was activate it through the UA connect. huge waste of time there but once i did that, very easy to use
