I've used PLS Solicitors to purchase my very first home and they couldn't have been more helpful. The portal is so easy to use and Craig has been excellent. He was able answer any questions that I had, and usually the same day too. Craig has helped make the whole process extremely straightforward and for a first house purchase I had very little stress to deal with. I would highly recommend using Craig at PLS Solicitors and I will 100% use them again.

The team is professional pursued things in a timely manner, their portal is quite easy to navigate, the only drawback is that I found their fees a little steep,may that's be.cause of inflation since I last bought a house in 2017. But all in all they are good.

I would massively avoid
I would massively avoid! We had an awful experience from the beginning. Communication was shocking, we had our case handler removed and just handed a new one with no explanation or notice. They also didn’t pay the correct redemption figure to our previous mortgage lender, and are happy to just walk anyway leaving us to deal with their failings, showing no accountability or support for the situation they caused. Terrible customer service.
