We bought these lights about 6 years ago and no problems with them. The lighting was perfect every day on our house. One just died. But now the problem is getting in touch to replace this lighting. We are sad we cannot get ahold of them. We have their card but no phone number and their .com doesn't go through. Guess we go elsewhere. We were happy with their led lights.
the company does not offer any contact information for customer service, no phone #, no e-mail, no address, i put he order 12 days ago, but i did not get my items and can not contact them, this is a scam company!!! don't buy from this companyu!!!!!!
I have been buying my 5mm and 8mm LED from them for years without problems. If any problems they always correct it.
First off, I would like to say that I had to send four e-mails to this company asking the same question, before i finally gave up and just ordered the product I was wondering about. The gentleman (frank) would not answer my question but just kept giving me other information.. if ANY other company had the product i was looking for I would have ordered from them. Also based on other users review I did a little investigating, and found that "frank" is actually the owner of the company, reviewing his own companies, the user frank has made two reviews total, both 5 star, and both his OWN companies. Go to google, and type in WHOIS plasmaled, it will pull up franks e-mail address and show that he owns 24 websites, ONE of which is the other company he reviewed on here. Not very good business practice misleading customers.
