Great customer service

The tumbler I purchased for my daughter is great quality and and so fun. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it took so long to arrive so I didn't have it for Christmas. It was shipped USPS which isn't very reliable. Tracking showed it should have arrived December 22nd but I didn't receive it until the 28th. However, my customer service experience was great. They responded quickly to my inquiry and offered me a full refund which I didn't take since I eventually received the product. For the inconvenience they gave my a 30% coupon code. I would definitely recommend but be sure to allow at least a month for shipping.
