Pre-Ordered item hasn't shipped 1+ Month after "apparent" release time and Horrible Customer Support
Pre-Ordered a item in may and got delayed until end of July/ early August and it got the the start of August and so I decided to email them to see if I could have an update considering it's around that time and I've had no updates.
Took them a week to respond and I got told that the item was meant to come with their current shipment but didn't and they said to let them investigate what has happened.
4 days went by and they never followed up so I decided to do it myself and ask if they had an update about it and 2 days later with still no response I followed uo again saying I'm disappointed with the lack of proper communication and response. Same day I got told that "apparently" it's taking ages for them to get the information and that they can issue me a refund if I dont want to keep waiting. I responded saying that no I want to keep waiting for my item because I really want it so I wanted another whole week and asked if they heard anything but they have still not responded. (Been 8 days since I asked)
I'm really disappointed that I'm am having to deal with this and I just proper communication and the item i paid for. It's been 21 days since I sent the original email to them.
I want to speak good words about the company but as a first purchase from this store, im very disappointed
