I played the game and was shown as the winner, but I never received my NFT. When I contacted support, they dismissed my complaint, blamed “on-chain data,” and refused to help. So, I lost my Solana for nothing.

Based on my experience, I believe there could be a serious display bug or error in their system that falsely shows users as winners when they actually lose. If this is the case, it’s unacceptable that they haven’t fixed it, leaving users vulnerable to losing money.

Magic Eden has refused to take accountability or properly investigate, meaning anyone using this feature is at risk. If you play, just know that even if you “win,” you might still walk away with nothing.

Be careful when using this feature—this was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t trust it.

NEVER USE HERE SCAM WEBSITE

I recently deposited 0.005 BTC on your platform, but I noticed that my spendable balance is less than this amount. When I reached out to support, it took almost an hour to receive each response. I explained that I wanted to make a purchase with the funds I already deposited, but I'm getting an error message saying I need to deposit more. This doesn’t make sense, as I should have enough to complete my transaction. Could you please look into this issue? I don’t understand why additional funds would be necessary when I’ve already deposited what’s required.

Constantly improving, love the UX, good support team to deal with issues

I spent over £15 hundreds pound buying Runi tokens and after few transactions my balance was like $400. I spoke with their support team and they said that I might have paid double or I bought it at a high price. My money is basically disappeared for some reason and I can’t even call them.

Absolutely NO support. 300€ of my cryptos are stuck on their wallet now for more than 1 week and I can't get through to their support. I've opened 4 tickets in their support (one every first 4 days because I couldn't get any answers), tried reaching them through Twitter. NOTHING! All they say is "send me a screenshot of your chrome console" which I do and then.... they're gone! No answer. I've tried everything. Feels like a scam.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I know they read my messages because their chat tool shows me so. They're even online but still, no answer.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT WEBSITE!

They used to have a pretty slow website esp during mints. But now I think they were able to upgrade their servers as I am able to bid smoothly on their launchpad. Another bonus thing is that they are now offering ETH NFTs.
