We were referred by a friend who had used Pinnacle Finance for their shared ownership mortgage and we were not disappointed.

Samantha was knowledgable and knew what she was talking about. She was brilliant in responding and was very professional both in her emails and on the phone.

We had issues as our case wasn’t straightforward but Samantha was patient at all times and along with Gabriele who was also very helpful. Together they made a great team.

I have recommended the company to my sister in law as it’s not often I am impressed enough to recommend.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pinnacle again. Without a shadow of a doubt.

I went to pinnacle not feeling very hopeful for a mortgage as I had a low paid job but how wrong was I, I first spoke to Jack who was really helpful in starting the process off,it was my first mortgage but he talked me through, then Jason secured a mortgage for me,I was blown away I could finally buy my very first home. Jason went over and above sorting every bump out. I would highly recommend them especially Jason he was fantastic 👍🏼 Thank you Jason again for all you did 👍🏼👍🏼

Jason and Hayley were amazing from day one. They found me a superb deal, responded to questions very efficiently and are both very professional and friendly. Even when there were one or two issues, Hayley rolled up her sleeves and sorted things out quickly and effectively. Pinnacle even sent me some beautiful chocolates after I completed. This is a fantastic company and I will be using them again. They’re well worth the money; 10/10 all day long. Terrific.

After our remortgage is now been completed I can safely say how brilliant pinnacle have been they have been at the forefront all the way through from start to finish and kept a close eye on every stage of the process nothing has been to much trouble very helpful and thorough always ready on the phone or by email I can't fault there service in any way I would highly recommend pinnacle to any one who wants to get the job done with good results I would like at this stage to give Samantha a 10 star rating because she was absolutely brilliant very understanding and really knows her job inside out as goes for the rest of the staff members who helped us where other companies I tried failed lastly thankyou pinnacle for what you achieved for us

The broker who dealt with my case ( Jack Stevenson) was extremely professional as well as warm. He was very knowledgeable and ensured he understood me needs and position. Based on this he was able to provided me with the most relevant information that enabled me to make informed decisions. He also kept me updated regularly how things were progressing. He returned my calls very promptly and he was always ready to help. I have had a positive experience from Pinnacle.

I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. I dealt with Samantha who was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always at the other end of the phone if I needed anything. She secured us a brilliant rate and really excelled our expectations. Did not understand the process but was spoken through it. Did have a few people was dealing with 1 might have been better.
Overall not a bad experience

After many unsuccessful tries secure a mortgage at such a young age with a small history try of bad credit. It was the perfect time to stumble upon pinnacle finance. I had been told ‘no’ several times, as well as ‘wait another year before applying.’ But thanks to the team at pinnacle finance, I’m a home owner!
It was a very long process, I kid you not but the team at pinnacle finance worked tirelessly to help secure a mortgage loan to help me speak to housing developers. I had a rough ride as we started the first application but as we were about to get into it, I was declined by the housing association. It was the team at pinnacle finance who advised me that this doesn’t have to be the end. I could look for another place as the lenders they had found for me was still ready to give me the money needed.
After months of searching, I had found another place, started the whole application once again, with less hope, but pinnacle finance made it seem like it could happen. Between working with both mine and the seller’s solicitors, the team at pinnacle finance were the ONLY ones who made sure everything was done at its earliest convenience and kept me updated. This sure does help with nerves as buying your first property can be exciting. They were very calm and reassuring the whole way through, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. It was an absolute pleasure.
I am more than happy to write this review as I sit in the comfort of my new home knowing that no matter how many times you are told ‘no’ pinnacle finance can definitely do the job.

I have used Pinnacle Finance twice to initially purchase my house and then to remortgage and I honestly could not thank them enough.
