This is by far the most corrupt, rude, and incompetent company I've ever come across on the web. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Pay attention to the reviews regarding not only delays in customization but errors, and a lack of testing to boot. After receiving my money, the main contact person went on vacation but promised I'd be working with a substitute that checked in 2 weeks after I paid them. Once I requested a refund, this horrible company paid some 2 bit developer to rush deliver the customization, and create it nothing like the specifications simply so they can pocket my money. DO NOT TRUST PILOT GROUP!!!

We hired PilotGroup to do some custom work and they were very thorough and great to work with! We do not trust anyone else to work on our custom projects other than Pilot Group! We will definitely continue to use Pilot Group for more custom work.

I start with Evegenia a dummy name 1$ sales bicth who will call u 10 times day to buy the datingpro software. I was fooled by her way of sales as I thought they are good company. They have two faces one is before sales other face is after sales n u pay them. I buy a license fir dating pro they told me it will be ready in 3 days now its been 4 months but my project still not done because Anna, evegenia, mary and alex all these mother foking bastrads not replying any emails and their stupid technical shixt team is only gd to suk my dikk that they can not resolve small issues like payment gateway integration. They say to give 10k free profiles but nvr added never pay them online they are bunch of thugs with no business values they smell worst then shixt n this company is a big fraud. Anybody want datingpro software who I already paid all money can take from me for free. This is my email kingali2308@yahoo(dot)com I m their latest victim and the software is full of bugs and the theme is not worthy more than a dime. Very bad experience.
I paid Premium licence (2999 USD), and six months later, nothing works.
First, their server goes down, for two weeks.
We waited weeks to start working on the software. When we started to work, we realized that nothing worked. Scripts full of bug, database problems. Simply user administration did not work. For every simple thing you must ask their support, than they aske their developers, and it lasts terribly long.
When we asked to for installation files, and access the server, their answer was: "We are still working on making the server more stable and therefore may not give access to any external person. I hope you understand we do it in order to protect your data".
In Premium licence they offer "Any sort of customization/design changes worth $849". We showed them our photo editor, and asked them to install it for us. It was our condition to buy software. They accepted.. 6 months later, the editor is still not installed.
User roles, access permisions, are a MESS. You must be Nobel prize developer to control it.
Etc, etc...Conclusion, AVOID THEM!

The support form pilotgroup.net is so bad you could almost call it a fraught. My project is since 2 months overdue and they do not answer emails anymore. I can only recommend to NOT do business with pilotgroup.net

One of my worst experience, the websites does not work properly and the customer service is very poor, could be a good company if they listen to his customers.
