I ordered 10 induction hobs from them, 3-5 day delivery. It's been 2 weeks and still the site says unfulfilled. Having sent them a message to ask where the order is, they say 48 hrs to respond, that was about 7 days ago. I must say, I've NEVER had such an appalling experience with a company. Thankfully I used paypay to purchase so I'll be getting a refund. Wouldn't surprise me if this is a scam website.
Do not order from this company whatever you do, they don’t deliver the item, despite promising numerous times, and despite promising to refund me they have kept my money, I am having to do a charge back through my bank, I do not recommend this company unless you’re prepared to lose money
had a wrong appliance delivered and costumer service didn't reply right away. 5 days after got reply and a replacement was sent out after sending proof photos. Good costumerservice
It's hard to get a response from them. They are capable of fulfilling their obligations to their customers. I have received a broken hub from them and find it difficult to communicate with them.
