I've have used Pikolinos in the past - no issues. For the first time, one of my two new pairs broke within 6 months, with limited use. Complained to the published email address with pictures and have followed up twice since. There is not even acknowledgement of the email. Non existent customer service. You lost a loyal customer.

I loved the shoes but alas they were too large so had to be returned. PIKOLINOS service was excellent throughout the entire process. The shoes were delivered quickly, return was easy and fast, and refund was made promptly. They are an exceptionally customer oriented company. I have since bought two more pairs of PIKOLINOS and I love them. I’m a devotee of this brand.

Excellent choice of quality shoes. Very easy to purchase on line and regular communication regarding dispatch and delivery progress.
I saw Pikolinos shoes when I was on holiday in Spain and loved the selection and choice so was delighted to be able to order direct. Fabulous!

TERRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE: Non-Existent Customer Service!! 😱 Unable to Return Order Due To Zero Response…

I am out of pocket 💸 💸, and stuck with two pairs of shoes that don’t fit 🥾👞 👎

A previous fan of Pikolinos I purchased two items online direct from their website. Unfortunately these styles were too narrow so I started a return process.

As per their instructions for multiple items you have to email them to obtain the correct paperwork to include.

Two weeks, three online chats (that passed me from agent to agent in different languages but don’t engage), and six emails, and I am still yet to receive anything to allow me to return the items… I am at a complete loss! 🤷‍♂️

I now have items that I cannot use and am out of pocket. My last email advised if they did not resolve this by this weekend I will be forced to start leaving 1* reviews… this is the second, hoping to elicit a response, before I move to the next review site...

This has put me off EVER purchasing from Pikolinos again.

On March 6, 2024, I dropped off the return of my order: C00671598 at the UPS point with the tracking number (1Z58V0729114916928). Since that day, the package hasn't moved. I'm awaiting a refund for the order as there seems to be an issue with UPS. Could you please let me know when I will receive my refund?

I have already contacted you previously about this issue and never received a response.

Recently I bought a pair of solid leather ladies sneakers online. The quality was wonderful, and matched the quality of a pair I bought 5 years ago in a store.
The shoes fit well too - they're snug to the foot, and with good arch support.
I wish there was more color selection for the solid, versus punched, leather. They're much more elegant.

I like their shoe quality, have never been disappointed. However the shipping faced some issues and I had to call them and the shipping company in order to get my package. After that everything was ok.

Dealing with Pikolinos is very simple. The quality of the product is unmatched, the leather is soft and supple and the shoes are worth every penny!

Excellent quality and Customer service. Recently contacted customer service regarding a pair of shoes purchased in Spain . I had returned to the UK and had an issue with sizing . The company dealt with the issue very quickly and provided a full refund. I have no hesitation in recommending the quality and service of Pikolinos . Will purchase again in the UK . I purchase one or two pairs of Pikolinos every couple of years. They are an excellent shoe. Well made, comfortable from the start and remain in excellent condition, especially when treated and kept clean. My oldest pair was purchased in 1990. They are still going strong, a little worn but perfectly adequate and comfortable. I would never hesitate to purchase or recommend Pikolinos whether it be boots, trainers, sandals or dress shoes. I have a narrow foot and these are perfect for me

Unlike others have mentioned, the one time I’ve had to return a pair (last year) was simple and straight forward. A returns receipt was included in the packaging. Just sealed everything up and sent it back. Easy peasy

I am a American. The shoes are well made, comfortable and fit and staylish.

Quality boots. I loved them so much I bought a second pair.

I keep coming back for more. Pikolinos fit my narrow but long foot (size 42), they are super stylish and comfortable. I get lots of comments on my Pikolinos. Customer service has been exceptional in the past, replacing a pair of sandals that had broken unexpectedly, in no time at all. I am impressed.

Amazing quality shoes and boots but the customer service and returns process from Uk atrocious. Unhelpful customer service and took over a month to arrange a return that would work. (Still getting nowhere) and now have a pair of boots that cost over £120 sitting in my house!

Bought the mens boots around 2020 ir 2021. Found them very uncomfortable inside heels the cushion is thin and hard underneath. The shows gave me plantar fasciitis. Shelved them for maybe a year and started to wear them again. They do not breathe. The do not lace tight and lead to blisters on long city walks - got them specifically for city walking as i travel to places like NYC, DC, Chicago etc. lastly. I was walking recently and the zipper opened up from the bottom. Never heard nor had this brand but i think they are more living off a developed name or do not know mens city boots well. Leather is high quality. Inside lining is too. But I have put maybe 25 miles on these boots and they are not up to the task of real city walking.

Boots are OK. They used to be really nice and lots of different designs but now they seem to use one last for all of the designs (and they are narrower in the toes than they used to be). Boots used to be comfortable as soon as I put them on but the quality and design seem to have deteriorated.
The returns process is a nightmare if you've ordered more than one pair and are returning part of the order. You have to email them to get the customs paperwork sent over. I've tried doing this and the customer service rep I'm dealing with keeps replying and saying the documents are attached but they never are. Now she's sending the link to information about the returns process, which I'm well aware of. I don't know if something is being lost in translation, but we're going round and round in circles. All in all, not sure it's worth the effort.
