Brilliant service.
While looking on their website, I picked the item I wanted. I went to pay but the price suddenly increased. I rang them up and they said yes they had some price increases, but they woud honor the original price. (all the new price increases were on the website.)
I then had problems trying to add the item to my basket. I think there was something wrong with the website as I couldn’t add any items. I rang them again. They were super helpful. I paid for the item over the phone. I got it the next day.
My husband thrilled with the telescope.

I've edited from 3 to 5 starts, although I had to call as no order conformation or update emails were received, but I guess I should have checked the number I was calling and to be fair, sevince was spot on.....

Well, the experience was good, up to the point where I got my phone bill and had been charged £3 to call customer service. I'd had no email confirmation for my order and had to call. Looked like a land-line number calling from England, but was classed as international. Other than that, spot on, just made the bargain price less of a bargain

The delivery was fast, the cost was really competitive with great customer service.

Wow what can I say... If only every online retailer was like PicStop absolutely fabulous... I ordered a Dwarf 3 telescope on Thursday & the item was delivered the very next day on Friday morning with free postage... Not only that it was at the best price I could find & trust me I shopped around... Excellent customer satisfaction highly recommended 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

So I bought the SeeStar S30 Pro and received it in less than 24hrs you can’t complain about that for service.
I was notified by email that stock was available so when I called I spoke with a gentleman called Paul who was very knowledgeable and helpful…. who confirmed my purchase.
Thereafter I was notified by email on each stage of my parcels journey I couldn’t believe how fast it was delivered if I’m honest!
I’ve bought from them before and that was a 5 star review also.

Such a easy website to follow for getting sd cards for my 3d printer and a good price, with quick deliverly made it easy to purchase.

The service is excellent purchased two SD cards for dash cams stated they were for them unfortunately dash cams don’t like them. Will use them in my GoPro.
