Do not order here, try bol.com or another website

They use dpd, which has a bad service of some times not delivering. We can accept that. But when dpd does not deliver, there is no way to get your money back.
You can not cancel the order any more ("an order that is delivered cannot be cancelled" says the help desk), you can not return the goods (you never received them).

Terrible customer service

Had a little black spot on my screen I called and send it. They send it backed to me after a week completely destroyed. Now I'm still waiting for more than a week to have a return label. And nothing yet. Calling everyday. They say it will be done tomorrow. They made me without screen and I cannot work.

Just buy somewhere else

Ordered some toothbrush heads, waited 1 week for them and zero news, no communication, nothing. Checked the initial order to track the shipment just to find out that they delivered my pack to a UPS pick up point 2 km away from my home. If I wanted to walk 2 km, I wouldn’t have ordered online obviously. And no, UPS never came home, I know that because we are in a lockdown and we don’t go anywhere. And even so...not one single mail, no communication, had no clue the pack was delivered there. Seriously the worse online ordering process I experienced during the last couple of years.
