Faulty Clasp on two Necklaces
I brought a few necklaces and earrings in the sale . I love Philip James Jewellery but was very disappointed with two of the necklaces I received that have faulty clasps the one necklace the clasp won't close . I didn't realise until i put it on to go to work and luckily just as I was leaving it fell off in my hall way.
I went to replace it with another necklace I'd brought at the same time & the clasp would not open .
So as you can imagine I'm very disappointed with these purchases.

This was lovely. my only recommendation is that they make the daisy flowe centres for pronounced yellow/ gold to distinguish it as a daisy.

I like earrings, the service was great and delivery was quick as well. However, the package was left outside the apartment building which is right next to a very busy sidewalk. The driver didn't even ring the bell. I hesitate to buy again because of this.

I was so pleased with my rose-gold plated jewellery which I ordered last minute to wear to a family wedding…. I used the express delivery and it arrived with a day to spare which was excellent. I was thrilled with the quality and appearance of the pearl necklace & earrings set and received several compliments throughout the day and they transferred over to the evening perfectly - very happy 😊
