I find re-ordering by phone helps to find the best discounts and is easier than re-ordering online. Shipping from Sydney Region only takes a day or two.
One product (Premular) was sourced quickly after it went off the market while the manufacturer cahnged.

This company is refusing to fill my…
This company is refusing to fill my sons monthly script for a hypo-allergenic formula that nobody else sells. I've been going to them for over 2 years but because I dared to question the delivery fee in an email, they refuse to ever fill our scripts again. My son is on a ventilator for life support and this is the only form of nutrition he can tolerate and his life literally depends on us being able to acquire it. They know this but do not care. I asked them to reconsider but they won't. I was not rude, I simply asked. Our only option if I can't find any of this formula.in the next few days is back to hospital to ICU for iv feeding. Thanks pharmacy online. You are totally abusing your role in the community and I will be reporting you. No, Nestlé did not organise another supplier and denied speaking with you.
I should be able to question a delivery fee without my family being blocked from your pharmacy especially when you have the monopoly on all of the stock. You should be ashamed.

In this case, our team supplied this specialised formula for over two years and always did our best to ensure continuity of care. Due to repeated difficulties in communication, we were advised by the manufacturer, Nestlé, that the best way forward was to continue supply through an alternate point of contact. We followed this recommendation and fulfilled the last prescription on 28 July through the child’s nominated carer. Since then, we have not received any further requests from the carer, and we understand Nestlé has assisted in arranging an alternative solution to ensure ongoing supply.
We regret that this situation has caused distress, but we must also ensure our staff are treated respectfully and safely. Our priority has always been to support access to the required medication and nutrition, and we are confident that the manufacturer has made arrangements so the child’s needs continue to be met.

We do have documented evidence of our discussions with Nestlé regarding your case, and our understanding was that they were assisting with alternative supply arrangements. However, we genuinely want to help you and ensure your son continues to have access to the nutrition he needs.
If your nominated carer can please contact us directly, we will proceed with your order immediately. To ease your concerns about delivery fees, we are happy to arrange for your carer to collect the formula directly from our warehouse at no cost.
Our priority is always patient care, and we remain committed to supporting your family as best we can.
I never received the product I ordered…
I never received the product I ordered after paying for international shipping to the U.S., due to some unknown problem with how Pharmacy Online packaged or shipped it the USPS returned it to Australia. Pharmacy Online refused to refund me even after the product was back in Australia according to tracking and clearly would never make it to me—they only finally sent a refund after they RECEIVED the returned package, after almost a month of holding my money without delivering a product.
Then they sent me almost daily emails begging for reviews, but deleted my review after I left one honestly stating that this was my experience with Pharmacy Online.
I recommend you do not order from this company if you are in the U.S., they don’t seem to understand how to properly ship overseas.

Your order was shipped on time, but unfortunately international deliveries can sometimes be delayed or returned due to factors outside our control. As per our policy, which is standard across most online retailers, refunds are processed once the item has been received back at our warehouse.
Regarding the review emails you mentioned – these are automatically sent for product reviews. If a business review is submitted in place of a product review, the system unfortunately removes it. That said, we sincerely apologise that you received review requests when your order had not arrived, as this was understandably frustrating.
We value all customers, including those overseas, and we will continue working to improve the international shipping experience.
