I was pleased with my order when it finally arrived, but it arrived late which i was disappointed with. Though i understand that's out of the companies control it did cause some stress.

I'm glad you are pleased with the product, but sorry that your order did not arrive on time. It was dispatched on time via Royal Mail 1st Class however we are aware there have been some issues with late deliveries due to strikes etc.
We try to include these in our delivery estimation times but often after a strike or bank holiday there is a backlog in the Royal Mail network which takes some additional time to clear and can be hard to predict.

Great website easy to use. Choose the brass bone design. Looks great and name stands out. Would put less words on the back when I get another as it is quite small lettering.

Thank you for your review, and sorry that you are not happy with the product. The tags can wear if allowed to bash against other metallic objects on the collar.
We would be happy to send you a replacement tag free of charge if you think it may be able to be mounted in a way which prevents this, or alternately if you can return the damaged tag to us we can provide a full refund for you.
