Very disappointed, the item was advertised for sale, I bought and paid for it and then received a message advising me they no longer had it in stock. There is no need for this in today's world, stock records tell you what you have, and please take it off the website if you have not got it :(

I found Pets Perfect completely by chance, whilst researching canine cataracts.Whilst their website is informative,I needed more information,and this was quickly given.Once my order was placed,the medication soon arrived,and hopefully,will be life changing for my aged dog.It was a good feeling to deal with a British company,and not the more usual International branch or chainstore.

This was my first order from Pets perfect. I was very impressed that when I contacted the company by email, they responded very quickly and my delivery arrived well packaged. I would certainly recommend.

Good initial service, just ashame that I had to go elsewhere to find the right size product (size was out of stock when I tried to order the right size the second time) as the hurtta size guide was inaccurate. Otherwise easy to order and arrival time as described, well priced.

Ordered a medium ID tag, the product information at the time stated twice that the medium tag has 5 lines of engraving however once I had placed my order I had an email from customer services saying the medium tag only has 4 lines of engraving. This in itself would not have bothered me much but the 3 emails I had from customer services with no apology or acknowledgement of the error did.

Delivery time scale was ridiculous received my order on Monday 11th July,ordered on 29th June .To top it off zip is broken returning item for refund.all in all a very poor experience.

I found the ordering pretty easy and delivery of the item came much quicker than I expected

we bought a dog agility tube for our two English Setters to play in as they both like hiding and chasing each other in confined spaces - there are much cheaper ones available but we could see they probably wouldn't last 5 minutes - the one we've received (very quickly, considering it was made to order) is super tough and exactly as described, and they love it - it felt like we were taking a bit of a chance as we'd never bought anything like this before but we're delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the compay
