First enquired about a product via email and received helpful and prompt replies. Then placed my order, which was delivered within the quoted lead time. Great service.

Out of stock item issue resolved with a personal email advising of the shortage and checking if I would prefer a substitute item or to wait for delivery of intended item. Very professional, and speedy turnaround once query resolved.

I ordered a IMAC Linus Cabrio pet carrier from pets perfect and It arrived within a couple of days, which was fantastic as it meant we could go pick up our new rescue cat sooner rather than later! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because none of the colours advertised on the website were available but I believe this is down to what pets perfect were sent by the manufacturer. Customer service got in touch with us as soon as they realised the problem with the colours and sent it by overnight delivery rather than the 3-5 days standard service we paid for. The carrier has a couple of scratches on it but nothing to get exercised over. We are happy with the product, happy with the pets perfect price and happy to have our cat safely home with us!

The customer service is second to none. Always keeping the customer informed. This is very important to me personally. Excellent products. I will buy from again without hesitation. Thank you.

I bought an item from petsperfect which was advertised as "in stock" so I ordered and paid for the item for two later to receive an email saying they have none in stock and have refunded the funds.

So I found the item elsewhere for £10 cheaper!!

The website is very helpful and informative.I have used this shop 3 times, and I have been very pleased all 3 times. Any problems with my order were solved very efficiently. The last time was the problem shipment of Agility Show Plastic Net Fencing abroad due to steel posts. We agreed that I got the fence without posts and got a refund for lack of posts.This time the problem was the color of the collar that was out of stock. I got a different color, and the color of the leash was also changed so they matched.

Ordered a black pet carrier, however when I called them to ask for an update on my order they told me that the suppliers would take 2 weeks for the black one to be back in stock. Decided to just go for the blue one instead and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The customer service was very friendly and got the carrier to me the next day. Would definitely recommend.

I asked a question about delivery options late one night and had a reply at 9am the following morning, when the parcel arrived I was really impressed with the packaging as they'd gone beyond what was expected to make sure the products wouldn't be damaged. Would highly recommend and use again.
