They awarded of my needs for my rabbit

I am not happy with the way my pet’s policy was discontinued but was happy that the agent could assist with getting him signed up.

What made my experience great was knowing that there is an insurance company that cares about families and their pets because our pets are a part of our family,and they mean so much to us. Thanks for helping me to invest in keeping Poppie healthy and safer!

Spoiler alert - STAY AWAY from Nationwide. Was looking for an estimate of coverage for my pet to have a procedure, sent in the medical records. Their policy is not clear on what exactly is covered for a procedure for lower extremity xrays and biopsy requiring general anesthesia. Submitted the detailed record with physical exam leading to the need for studies, along with the detailed estimate, and they REFUSED to give me any kind of a ballpark on what my cost would be. STAY AWAY, over 10 years premiums have skyrocketed and coverage has diminished. Reminds me of united healthcare. You WON'T FIND THEM ON A TOP 10 list.

Easy sign up, considerable coverage at an affordable rate. My dog recently passed and I'm pretty sure if I'd had this insurance he'd still be with me. V

I spoke with a series of customer service agents over the course of perhaps half a dozen calls, and they all guided me through the process of assuming the pet insurance for my recently deceased mother's dog, and I appreciate all of the help that they provided to me.

The agent was professional and knowledgeable making the process of purchasing insurance easy and convenient. Prices are reasonable too.

They are super helpful when you call and the benfits of having pet insurance saves you a lot in the long run.
