Excellent hairdresser. Listened to what i wanted. Explained what could and couldn’t be achieved in one visit and what the plan would be going forward. Lovely ambience and offered coffee twice as getting a colour. Staff seemed to get on well and support each other which also came across well. Would recommend.

I had an appointment on the 2nd of May to have ghd curls done. I arrived on time , had my hair washed the day before. I often get these curls done in other salons and they always look beautiful.
The stylist asked me what I wanted and I told her I needed loose curls, I have very thick hair that could get frizzy if it wasn’t done properly, she took big sections of hair to curl, I knew that this wasn’t going to last , I told her that I didn’t need them that loose and I didn’t want it to end up frizzy, she said no problem it will be ok.
I was having my hair done for a very special occasion that evening. I was charged 53€ it took 10 min.
By the time I got to the hotel 20min later my curls were gone.
I had to borrow a ghd and do it myself. This was so disappointing, the worst service I have ever received anywhere. This used to be a good salon, it’s really gone down hill since I was last there.
NEVER AGAIN.

Hannah is absolutely brilliant, came away from my appointment feeling amazing. I never know what to do with my hair, but Hannah makes a few suggestions and it always looks fantastic.

Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done. Dani is the best there is I trust her 100% to do whatever she wants and she never disappoints 😍

Always made to feel welcome. Tracy listened to the why I like my cut/blow dry.bit disappointed about price going up .expensive for very short hair that just needs a trim every six weeks .would be great if peter mark done dry trim being a bit cheaper.

Appointment at 09.15. Was taken almost immediately and had my hair washed and a lovely conditioning treatment applied. The accompanying head massage was heavenly. Neval came to dry and style my hair. Both girls were lovely. Then Neval finished my styling and I had a lovely cup of tea and biscuit. At the till I was met by a lovely young man (with immaculate taste in shirts). An altogether pleasant morning.
Will be back.

I had a lovely trip to the hairdressers today. I felt that not only did I have a hair cut but a semi spa treatment as well!! Siobhan put my treatment on and massaged my head like a true professional. I was left for a few minutes alone for it to set. Pure bliss.

My stylist was very professional. She listened intently to what I had to say about my hair problems, she explained what she would suggest as a remedy and how it would achieve the desired result. I don’t remember ever having a stylist who was as knowledgeable, as explanatory and ensured I understood, was happy and wanted to proceed with her recommendations. I was truly delighted with the service I received. I couldn’t recommend Cody highly enough.

I always love visiting Peter marks , I go on a weekly basis for wash & dry . I cannot fault it in any way , everyone of the staff are amazing people , so friendly and chatty. Also putting me first. The atmosphere is lovely from minute you walk in and I’m treated with the utmost respect. Your made feel so relaxed, feet up, back massage and great conversation with staff. Then offered a hot or cold drink, so great value for money. Love Peter mark especially the staff xx 🥰 Debbie Roche x

My stylist was fantastic as always. She makes me feel very special when I visit and always works with me to get the right result for my hair. I get lots of compliments on my hair colour - it is so natural that most people don’t even realise I colour it. It’s lovely to have a massage chair for the back wash and a coffee with time for some up-to-date glossy magazines. Today I have come away with a lovely chic bob and shiny auburn hair and I feel pampered and relaxed after my visit.

The Peter Mark salon in Portadown is a very warm and friendly place for any customer. My experience of being at reception is that Victoria and Jake make you very welcome with excellent customer service. The stylists are professional and excellent at their job.

My hair was in good condition after and the stylist was so nice and explained a lot about hair care to me
