Fantastic people. Very professional. Reliable. Alexander explained clearly what problems we had and what needed doing. Jaden made sure all correspondence was clear and on time. The people who carried out the work (Ollie and Lee I think) were thorough and left the house really clean and tidy.

The technicians did an excellent job of my damp proof treatment, needed in 2 rooms. They were friendly and professional, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Timely response to the initial enquiry, arrived on time for the survey. Clear quotation with clear scope of work. Once engaged, they kept us informed of the process, arrived on time to carry out the work. Conducted the work in a professional manner and left the property in a clean and tidy condition. Would highly recommend.

Seemed a professional service. I do find it concerning when a company wants 100% payment up front. Hopefully the treatment will work

We asked Peter Cox to investigate a recent problem we had with internal damp. After an appointment was made for a survey to be done by a Mr. Gareth Hayward the gentleman himself phoned us to announce his arrival. Having duly arrived he impressed us greatly by diagnosing the cause and the solution to our problem.
He also gave some expert advice on how to check for and deal with other problems that he came across in his job, should they ever arise. This is the second occasion we have dealt with Peter Cox and have found them to be very good at their job. The office staff are very polite and the surveyors are really good. We would certainly use them again.

Joshua Broadbent spent time investigating and discussing the issues with us. We were very pleased by his visit and plan to have any work undertaken by Peter Cox as a result.

Great team both in the office, site survey and installation. Very helpful and accommodating. Installation team cleaned up after them and removed all debris.
Would advise that you cover off all works required and agreed during the site survey so it is recorded.

I would like to thank Peter cox for the work carried out at my property.
Gareth the surveyor explained what needed to be done to cure damp on my halls outer wall.
Paul who removed the horrible black mortar and Mark and his young apprentice Sean who did a wonderful job of plastering my hall, and cleaning up at the end of each day. Also Liam who was at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
I would definitely recommend Peter Cox.

The team worked efficiently to replace the joists and floor boards. Two days were allowed but they only took one. They left the room as they had found it.

We've had Peter Cox do some work in our house since buying in November. The surveyor Rhys has been absolutely incredible with us, explaining everything step by step and always there to answer any questions. Had some work done by Rab and his colleague in the basement, and then the loft and a wall treatment completed by Rhys himself and his colleague Murray. All work has been brilliant, completed on time if not before, and the boys always tidied up after themselves. Good, honest, hard working boys that are a credit to the company, would highly recommend and will be giving Rhys a call when the next job occurs.

Many thanks to Dan who came out to check our damp proof course.
He was efficient & easy to deal with, explaining the test he was carrying out on our walls here at Peddimore.
Keep up the good work, Dan!

I had an inspection of my property on Tuesday 22nd July in SW London. Chris, the surveyor had good people skills and was knowledgeable. However I was appalled that the technician who cut out pieces of the ceiling and looked under the carpet did not ask but took from a cupboard in the hall a hand held brush and dust pan to clear some of the dust and debris from the floor. He should have brought his own and also brought a vacuum cleaner. He left my floor by the door covered in dust and debris. The same with my bedroom, the carpet was covered in debris and the surveyor and technician both watched as I used my own vacuum cleaner to hoover. The bay window ledges were covered in dust and debris and both the technician and surveyor did not pay any attention on clearing the dust and debris they had created. I didn't see any polythene dust sheets or any type of covering for floor or furniture, although I had created space for them and moved furniture out of the way. Your website clearly states:
Our specialists are equipped with floor coverings to protect your home and Hilti dust extraction units to ensure we will leave your property free from dust and debris.
This was not the case last Tuesday.

This is the second time I've used Peter Cox.
On both occasions they have provided an excellent service.
They certainly know what they're doing.
All of those involved from start to finish on all sides of the work - Stefan the surveyor, Murray the technician, Brian the plasterer along with Sarah in the office and Toni her supervisor - were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Couldn't ask for more.
Great job too, on time and all cleared up after completion.
Thanks to you all.

The survey was comprehensive and and the report issued to us in quick order. The quote for the works was clear, with itemised activities priced separately.
The work done (replastering with damp proof course) was expertly done. Justin, the plasterer, arrived on time and was very efficient and polite. He kept us in the loop at all times and minimised the mess. He was really great.
The reason I gave 4 stars was that it was suggested on the website and during the survey that the cost of the survey would be deducted from the cost of the works. However, I was then told upon booking the work that this only applies if all the works are requested (as opposed to only picking some of the items on the quote). The quote did not mention this caveat at all, which is a bit sneaky.
