I ordered (paid) almost £800.00 to Peruvian Connection for two items. This was many weeks ago. Peruvian Connection arranged for Fedex to deliver. They will only do so if I sign for it. They do not give a time and I work full time away from home. I called Peruvian Connection many times to ask them to leave at the side of my front door just like Amazon, Next and other well run businesses. I also tried to contact FedEx. Despite my efforts it is obvious there will be no delivery. A few days ago I cancelled the order. Peruvian Connection refuses to refund me my money. They say it has to be returned to the warehouse. And shockingly, I learned for the first time that Peruvian Connection means the warehouse in Kansas. I was led to believe there was a warehouse in the UK. In fact, there is not. All they have is a telephone number but they still constantly advertise as if they are properly operating in the UK.
I do not know when I will ever get my money back. Peruvian Connection refuses to budge.
This is disgraceful and dishonest behaviour. If I had been told this before I would never have bought anything.
I will never buy from Peruvian Connection again but unless they change their policies. They should be immediately refunding me my money. They have no right to keep it. This is not legal under UK law.

Update 29th March . I bought a dress which turned out to have completely different proportions to previous similar dresses. I requested a return but they said they had no system in place atm for uk returns and were trying to remedy this. I have just been left waiting …so I would not recommend Uk customers buying from pc atm.
Iam a longstanding Peruvian connection customer , so I know the cuts and the sizing . I love the tops , skirts dresses and the patterned nightwear .
. I have ordered 4 other items in the last 2 months and they have all arrived promptly and been good .it would be good to have garment sizes or reviews . I hope they sort the returns issue very soon.

88yr old - purchased from this company since it was started by Ann and her daughter! Everything now gone wrong! Latest order -- dress too large-- no way will this company arrange a returns label! Customer service give same rhetoric time and time again! I spent £150 of my pension for a special occasion
but cannot get this item returned-- how can we stop companies like this exploiting their customers? I think dear old Ann would be turning in her grave to see her daughter ruining the company she set up. DONT be tempted to buy from this bombardment of brochures.!!!

Have been a regular customer for years. My order was placed end of NOV and I started requesting a refund in DEC. All I was receiving were what seemed like CHAT GPT responses back when I was chasing a returns label as the portal was having 'technical issues'.
Last week I decided after chasing my return on a weekly basis to request a charge back from my bank account. This was refunded immediately. I have just received an email from Peruvian Connection expressing apologies and that there is no label generated. A store credit of only £35 was given as compensation which I find laughable.

I placed an order back in October 2025. Part of it came but a skirt never did show up. I contacted customer service, they gave me a date that is was to deliver and again never showed up. I thought perhaps the item was out of stock but it showed as available in the catalogue and online so 3 weeks ago I placed an order and ordered it again, along with 3 other items. Everything was supposed to arrive today and I have received nothing, no notification about backorders or any other issue, so once again I am contacting customer service trying to find out what happened to my order. I have been a customer for many years, but I will never be ordering from this company again. Ordering from them is like throwing a coin in a fountain and hoping your order will arrive.

Not 1* should be 000* I have now been waiting for six weeks to receive a returns label to send back an item. I just get endless replies to emails and phone call saying their returns portal needs fixing and will be up and running in a few days. That’s for the last five weeks. Looks as if this is a universal experience- and something that’s been going on since last summer! Will now be looking for some legal redress and return of my money. They must be sitting on thousands of pounds of customer cash. I’ve bought from them before but NEVER again.
One week later, now seven weeks waiting for return details from Peruvian Connection. In the meantime another worthless response from them below. Read TrustPilot reviews on their returns and you’ll realise that this response is just verbiage. Not expecting to be able to return item. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Also, too many of their items are made of plastic and have low necklines. What a ghastly failure for a once brilliant company.

Whatever happened to this once excellent store? I am suspicious of a liquidation and we are going to be left with unwanted goods. I have been waiting pre Christmas to return an item, I realised within seconds I had ordered the wrong size, I was told they couldn't stop the order and just return as soon as it arrived!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Peruvian Connection. After reading other reviews I find my situation of not being able to return a shirt I purchased in November is not an isolated incident!
As others I have been repeatedly told they are experiencing trouble with their returns as if it had just occurred but now know it was a lie! It has been going o n since June yet they continue to sell. Very unfair to their customer-I want my money back.

Have bought a few things previously, and its mostly been a positive experience. However, the most recent one has not been.
I ordered a Christmas top for my wife in the black Friday Sale on 30th November. The estimated delivery date came and went mid December. Nothing, and no communications. When chased, I was told there was no idea when it would be in stock.
When it did finally arrive in their US warehouse (mid Jan) the payment authorization was no longer valid, and the top has gone elsewhere. Whilst they did try to contact me, seemed way to keen to sell to someone else. Very frustrating given I've waited almost 8 weeks for them to sort themselves out.
Will seriously think twice about using again. Its a real pity as they have nice stuff, but their stock control and general customer service is way too haphazard compared with other companies

I ordered the Flanders Tank Dress in the Black Friday sale. The dress was too large but also not the quality I was expecting.
I tried to return it on 2 December 25 via their return portal and was surprised to get a message that the return needed to be authorised first. I heard nothing further so a week later I called and was informed of an issue with their returns system. I followed the call up with several emails each response was a standard email re: problems with their system but no idea of a timescale to sort this. Why can’t they just do a manual return? That’s when I searched for issues with Peruvian Connection and came across many complaints on Trustpilot and discovered that the company had been sold.
So just as a previous customer said, I am also stuck with an item which is of no value to me as it is too big and poor quality but they still have my money. I have been a customer for many years and have not had any issues in the past. The clothes, generally, are of good quality but this situation just isn't credible. I won't be buying again and would not recommend Peruvian Con.

I will not be purchasing again as the items are expensive and I simply cannot risk not being able to return the item easily. Returns process is so very important for buyers. Very very disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer of Peruvian connection for some years now and love their products. However this is a second time round situation for me regarding a problem return . I had some understanding the first time it happened as I believe the uk store and offices had been closed and they were experiencing some difficulties but it looks like nothing has changed Although customer services are very polite every time you contact them it takes days/weeks even for them to reply and it is impossible to get your order returned as the label is never sent ?? . I think it's time to give up on Peruvian connection I don't think they want the UK Market . We have specific legislation in the uk on returning goods which this company does not seem to adhere to. Please avoid the disappointment of ordering unless of course you are certain of what you want and know don't need a return. The only other option if paid for the goods on a credit card could be to explore action that way and claim a refund from them . They will then claim funds from the company direct for not flowing the refund policy and customer rights . They only have a reasonable amount of time to process these refunds and from the feedback on Trustpilot it’s sounds the process is not being taken seriously and completely unreasonable with their responses and actions

It really is sad that their reputation has been ruined by this situation. This would be zero stars if allowed. I am so very disappointed with this company, I have been a customer for decades and have exactly the same issue with returns as other reviewers here have. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers in this way and frankly they should issue the refunds automatically and then when they sort out their issues, ask us to return the items. I bought the item in early November and still am unable to return it or get a refund. I wonder if perhaps they have serious financial problems but if they treat loyal customers this way they will only hasten their own demise. Sad for them but angry making for the customers.

After 2 1/2 months, still not in receipt of a Return Label. I get e-mails from Peruvian every day showing their products but NO mention of being unable to return anything. They are making thousands in interest at our expense and they need to pay all the people who have registered a return NOW plus a generous voucher from all the money they have made.

As others have said, the company is unable to generate the return label so customers cannot send the goods back and obtain the refund.
The same excuses from the customer service and, reading the comments below, this issue has been ongoing since August 2025 for over 4 months now.
It is clear that the company is in financial trouble.
I filed the report with Federal Trade Commission in the USA siting all the details including those of other customers who shared their unresolved return/refund issues. This report will be entered in the FTC consumer database and available to federal, state and local law enforcement across the country.
It is unacceptable to treat customers this way.
Peruvian connection used to be a great company until after they shut down their UK operations.
Warning: please do not buy anything from PC, unless you 100% know you will not need to return the goods.
Further to the response below from PC "actively working on providing your return label and will issue it as soon as our system is fully operational" has been ongoing for over four months as evidenced by the customers reviews here.
There is no trust left in the company.
As I said the same promises given to all customers for months. A reputable company would have long posted on its website that currently returns are not possible. Yet PC has not so it holds on to the customers money.
I raised the dispute with the credit company.
