This was my first time where I had to use Accident Caim Management Company to deal with my road traffic accident. Sheirs Solicitor did a fantastic job. Their claim handler Khalid Awan did really excellent work on my case, he regularly kept me informed about my case. He was very professionable and also knowledgeable. I found him very friendly and would use their service again.

PIA have settled claim for road traffic accident where my daughter have been involved, all have been done very quick and what is most important professional.

Will use them again if ever needed.

I have a ongoing claim and it turned out complex then expected i got ID driving liecence of the guy who hit me and a insurance cover note along with making videos and capturing CCTV evidence he is at fault however me thinking case was straight foward transpired out to be false documments provided and guys not insured long story short advisor Khalid Awan & Khadija worked day and night to try bring this case to a closure in my best intrest as not my fault at all and all evidence is available. Thank you khalid and khadija for the joint efforts i couldnt thank you enough had it been another company they would have closed my file ages ago via MIB no trace its been such a long and tiring process but you guys dont give up the hard work much appreciated words cannot discribe how greatful i am to have such solictors on board 100% recommend this firm to anyone that i know. Once again i hope your management team reward you guys correctly for such level of service.

Not very professional!! I regret to come a cross this firm and I honestly regret ever since cos of unprofessionalizim! I found this firm on trust pilot read the reviews and seemed to be reasonable firm to go with at first but after I have sign to work with this firm on my road traffic accident matter whole experience has been rather very unpleasant. Don't know where to start and I will keep it nice and clean. I first someone came all the way from their office to sign a contract with me from Bradford or somewhere near where their office. Anyway this first gentleman who supposedly working for the firm came and saw me in tesco car park and sign this form (which is very professional) but later this case had been transfered to a legal office worker or office boy who worked in the office and he was very unprofessional and he did NOT know much. He dealt with this case but I was not happy as they deducted money from my compensation separately almost £2600 for medical report as well as their 25% fees. I was not happy about this medical report as I have never been told as I been told they would only deduct 25% from whole amount awarded and rest I would keep it but this was NOT the case. Later when I complaint and this guy whos not solicitor and presumably he is in the office doing emails and answering calls sweared at me on the phone I could absolutely shocked by his language and my 12 years old autistic disabled daughter could still hear him swearing at me on the phone and I had to change the room and course I was very very upset ! I asked him about complaint procedures but he was very angry and he said he was the boss I would make a complaint to him. Anyway I knew he was lying so I went on their website where there is a email direct to the owner and I emailed him told about whole experience never had any reply until few phone calls to the office again and few more emails to speak to him. Finally some female emailed me back asking proof of my copy of telephone conversation about him swearing! And I thought this was a just waste of time left it and made a complaint to a Legal Ombudsman. Now I will not say anymore but please who ever reads their good reviews read those negative reviews so you don't make a mistake I did also I believe most of their reviews are families and friends reviews and paid reviews. Hope this review will help and save someone's money and time and hassle! Ps . I know now this guy is going to justify him self but I ain't gonna believe word he says. I would stay well clear from this firm. They don't even take complaints seriously!

VERY CLEVER THOUGH 👏 👌 AS YOU USE THIS TRICK TO AVOID FAIR HONEST FEEDBACKS LIKE MINE AND I SAW THIS IN ANOTHER BAD REVIEW RESPOND FROM YOU SAYING EXACTLY SAME. SEE YOU IN COURT !

I took this firm after reading so many good reviews. I had a accident June last year and until today I only got fraction of the settlement that I am supposed to get. I rang them many times in regards of my outstanding cheque, always told they'll ring back, they never did.
I don't like giving one star reviews but I have to in this case as this firm just simply ignoring me when I am due the rest of the money.
