Went to tyreright the morning for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment got told could not do wheel alignment due to bracket under the car near tyre we went around looking for someone to help us and got told that there was no problem.to do wheel alignment and they sorted it for us not happy tyreright could not just tape the side up and do wheel alignment will not be coming back at all

What a disgrace this place is, avoid like a plague!
Had two Tyres that needed to have puncture repairs in Nov 2025 just cant remember date, very obvious with nails still on. One was fixed and the most expensive Tyre I had I was told they tried to fix but it was still leaking and that I needed a new Tyre $400+, it was ok explanation I thought, but I just didn't want to pay such an amount upfront, my neighbour suggested to get a second opinion, so we did. Went to Bob Jane Tmarts in Beenleigh and had the guys check if the Tyre was fixable or if we needed a new one. To my shock the entire workshop came out to inspect the “unrepairable tyre” and on inspection they were all in stitches at the dodgy stuff done! Explained Tyreright drilled into the Tyre to fix but missed it and ended up creating more damage but instead of being honest about it, they were shameless enough to ask us to pay for a whole new bloody tyre. The team at Bob Jane Tmart offered to fix because the tyre COULD BE FIXED and never charged us a single cent because as they said it did not take effort to fix! They could not believe a Tyre shop could actually do this! Glad I listened to my neighbour, they say honesty goes along way but this team will be something I’m never recommending because of dodgy business practices. Now for all my Tyre solutions Bob Jane Tmarts Beeinleigh will be the place I go from now on! Scamming!

This was the third time I’ve taken my car to these guys in Melville and believe me the experience didn’t change totally impressed with the quality of work the way they operate is bang on the money,thanks guys at the end of it all couldn’t be happier regards Laurie and Marcelle

They went above and beyond. I felt like crying with joy when I collected my car. It was like a brand new car and service was affordable and far better than previous warranty services.

After dealing with manager Zac and the way he treats people, I would not recommend this company.

Would not recommend any dealing with such a company, rude and treats staff badly.

He fixed my car on the spot and the pink slip...all without a booking and a big smile..cant thank them.enough...always honest and a great job...highly recommend them to anyone...worth changing to.them..cheers Denise

THE guys at tyreright have always looked after me in a professional manner. their work is always spot on. My car comes back fixed and clean. an for a 1012 BMW X3 its always good to find a mechanic who knows what they are doing

I am disappointed with the service and quality provided by Tyres and More Goulburn. I paid $395 to have my wheel bearing replaced, trusting their expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe and functioning properly. Initially, everything seemed fine, but shortly after the repair, I noticed the same noise coming from the wheel again.

Upon further inspection, it became clear that the wheel bearing had not been changed at all even though I had been charged for this. The damage caused by this not only meant I had to replace the bearing but also risked further damage to my vehicle had I not acted quickly.

When I contacted the company to address the issue, I expected them to take responsibility. Instead, they will not respond or acknowledge their errors, and offered no assistance whatsoever. Their refusal to stand by their work was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the significant amount of money I had already paid for the repair.

This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and angry. Not only did their poor workmanship cost me more money to fix elsewhere, but it also put my safety at risk. I would strongly advise against using Tyres and More for any vehicle repairs. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for their customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a company that stands behind their work.

I recently took my Subaru Forester to Tyre Right Altona North for the replacement of four tyres, alignment and the spare to be checked. The service I received was incredible - customer service, professionalism, value for money was second to none. I dealt directly with Dylan who is unsurpassable by way of knowledge of your vehicle and the tyres that would best suit your driving needs that did not break the budget. I am so impressed and continue to be at the quality of tyres fitted and the comfort and safety they provide. Tyre Right is the best in the business and should be your one and only place to go to have your tyres replaced or any tyre related servicing/services. All of the crew are fantastic and always there to help in any way. Customer Service - Excellent. Value For Money - Excellent. Quality of the Tyres - Excellent. Tyreright recently fitted 4 x good brand All Terrain tyres to our Trailblazer and the wife wasn't 100% happy with their wet weather handling. We contacted Tyreright and they immediately replaced the month old tyres with brand new top brand tyres at no extra cost. The customer service is almost too good to believe. Very happy with new tyres

Best experience I've ever had from a tyre fitting service.
They asked me what I was looking for in terms of a tyre... low road noise? wet weather grip? value for money? low wear? low rolling resistance? etc etc.
Once they'd done that, we discussed options and they ordered the tyres in for me. They were ready at the appointed time and fitted my tyres super fast. No trying to sell other services to me, just plain John Bull service.
The reception and waiting area are great... large and airy, you can see your vehicle being attended to, free coffee, comfy chairs, TV, and heaps of space. Staff super attentive and friendly. They may not be the absolute cheapest, but in this case you get what you pay for.

Great service from the team at Tyreright Brookvale. And a special shout out to Vick who diagnosed and fixed my steering and alignment problem. I would highly recommend the service.

When I called into Tyreright Altona yesterday to have a problem with a front tyre inspected, Dylan provided me with such friendly and expert customer service. Dylan located the problem quickly, offered the remedy and also suggested they rotate the tyres which had been fitted there approx 2 years early. The rotation and puncture repair were done at no cost to me. I cannot speak highly enough of Dylan's attentive service, and as a very senior person so appreciative and thankful for great service at tyreright Altona that is so reliable and trustworthy. I feel like I would have got more sense and better customer service if I had spoken to the tyres than the management of this deplorable business. Doughnuts

Unaccommodating, difficult to deal with, a genuine lack of customer service would not use again suggest others look elsewhere.

have just picked up my ute in Welshepool they fitted 4 new tyres instead to inflated 240 KPA as per Mercedes-Benz instructions they give me back the ute with inflated 300 KPA. Tried to call and send a message to ask why, but no answer I have received.
I have been waiting for 15days for this disgusting service . The answer it’s worst Again I am very disappointed with this company, they talking about ridiculous things instead to concentrate at main important things. No one has explained me if TA tyres required different pressure , even here on a review the answer is still confused .My tyres has been delivered 15 days ago as supplier confirmed by email no one phoned me for appointment has per agreement.

Service at the tyre center was up to standard.
BUT the price paid for the EXACT SAME service & tyres, albeit the first time, a couple of months ago in late January, transaction paid at the TYRE CENTER was $64 MORE than I paid recently in late March with the transaction paid & completed online. WHY?
Almost 12.5% MORE was paid the first time....hard to COMPREHEND.

Altona North Branch. I Needed a puncture fixed in a hurry. So fast it was like an F1 pit stop! Perfect repair, didn’t try and upsell me anything. And friendly service. When i need tyres next i know who to call.
