Average quality, extortionate prices
I'm giving 3 stars, because the quality of clothing is average to poor and the prices are extremely high - in some cases five times as much as other uniform providers, for the same thing. (£42 for a tiny 4-year-old's summer dress is extortionate)
The cotton jumpers shrunk reasonably quickly in the wash and the summer dress button fell off after one wash. The v-neck knitted jumpers held up a little better, but I still don't think the quality anywhere near justifies the price.
However I'm giving a couple of stars as the customer service was good (although not excellent), and delivery was prompt.

Poor on many fronts
Poor quality clothes. Order took ages to be delivered and customer communication very bad Our daughter’s school switched supplier and it has been much better. Sad we still have to use Perry for our son’s school.

Excellent ordering experience and delivery
Easy to navigate website and excellent telephone support for queries. Orders are well packaged with fast dispatch and delivery. Easy returns with prompt refunds.

Sizes are all incorrect
The seems and not greatly done.
Finishing of all the cloths are very flimsy
Definitely not worth the premium we all pay.

The sizing wasn't great
The sizing wasn't great, sending it back was a nightmare. But the staff are helpful. Although the new styles never appear on the website till they have depleted the old stock. It's not cheap and u dont want to buy the old styles

Introducing a new school uniform inevitably comes with some challenges. In partnership with our schools, Perry wants to ensure that parents have the opportunity for children to outgrow their existing uniform before needing to purchase new items.
We also recognise that parents and the wider school community are increasingly conscious of the environment and do not want perfectly wearable branded uniform to end up in landfill. As school-branded uniform cannot be donated to charities, it is important that we manage this transition responsibly.
Taking these factors into account, we have concluded that the most sustainable and environmentally responsible approach is to continue selling the current uniform until existing stock has been exhausted. This minimises waste, makes the best use of existing resources, and helps families transition to the new uniform in a practical and cost-effective way.

Fabric quality is not the best
Fabric quality is not the best, no natural fabrics, all polyester, too pricey. Sizing is very difficult . Good and responsive client service.

Hello Sara, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear this and for the delay you experienced we appreciate how frustrating this must have been. I wanted to explain that demand for the skirt size ordered in August was unexpectedly 120% higher than usual, compared with the previous two years. Our purchasing team worked hard to speed up delivery wherever possible; however, because this is a bespoke pleated skirt, production does take 6–8 weeks. To avoid this happening again, we will hold additional stock in this size going forward.

Over-priced, poor quality and workmanship
Over-priced, poor quality and workmanship. Also thoroughly disappointed with sizing which is not easy to get right from guidance on website with further costs incurred on returning items and getting in different sizes. Also, unlike other uniform suppliers, Perry uniform never has a sale, not even a free delivery offer. I would not use this supplier if they didn’t have a monopoly on supplying my son’s uniform

Very poor quality
The quality of the uniform is absolutely appalling. Every item we have purchased has fallen apart and there isn’t even a second hand uniform shop at the school because the condition of the uniform is so poor you can’t pass it on. The prices are ridiculously high. I would never recommend using this company for school uniform if you have a choice!
