Ordered 3 x lrg Flaxseed Eco Gel
Ordered 3 x lrg Flaxseed Eco Gel , they only sent 1 out . Charged me for the 3 and expensive postage , no note to say out of stock and no email or phone call .
I would not of gone ahead with the order as I’ve been charged nearly £10 for 1 item ( inc p&p ). I could have walked into a store and purchased 2 .
I emailed many times and got no response, telephone number on website has half the digits missing.
Got hold of business in the end only to be told to phone back twice.
Really poor service , would have kept money if I’d not chased refund .
Follow up email sent after part refund still no response.
