I've used Performance PC's multiple times over the years and they have always been great. Whether ordering new parts, rush orders, or returns - I have always had a great experience with them.

I was very pleased with PPCs. They had products in stock that I didn't see elsewhere and the shipping was super fast. Everything came very well packaged. Easy and convenient shipping - as it should be.
I must say though that the website experienced an outage for a few minutes and was slower to respond. Possibly due to high traffic on the site.

I was looking for EKWB parts for my custom water cooling needs and I happen to find them along with another through a search at time about a year ago I believe. It's great that it is domestic here in the US compared to buying online from EKWB site which is in Europe. By far, great experience and I am sure there more to explore that might interest me for PC modding parts especially for water cooling parts. So far smooth transaction, prompt shipping, and no issues with the parts I have ordered. It is has been great to shop over there where I can find water cooling products for needs. I will probably need to explore more for other water cooling related items.

Heard about PPCS from JayzTwoCents... The radiators I wanted were in stock and cheaper than anywhere else. Shipping was fast, the items were well packed and well received. First time doing business here, definitely won't be the last!

First of all, I have to commend Performance PCs for their extensive variety of products. To my surprise, they even have new old stock of products available. The shopping experience was good, although the site can feel sluggish at times. The handling and shipping were quick, with no complaints. Overall, it's a great computer hardware shop with a vast selection of products.

Had the rare, hard to find part I needed. Checkout process was a pain as the site was slow and timing out but the speed at which my order was shipped was fantastic. International shipping costs can surely be improved, I bought 4 small screws and the international shipping started at something like $35.
