Is not serious. Bad experience and terrible service
Is not serious brand, and not honest they just stolen my money, I've ordered from them on 10 September and paid 35 $ of shipping fee! the parcel after almost 3 months is still in transit! blocked in Melbourne until November and from 12 November blocked in customs clearance, I had call from them and said the seller (perfect whitening) didn't follow properly the new European rules of 1st July 2021. Where is essential put on the parcel the receipt of the product with value and the cost of shipping and what is exactly and have to be put on it from the sellet is not tge shipping form of Aust post! This not information make the parcel in processing from customs and blocked waiting more information and this processing cost extra fee to pay and is exactly 37 $! All this was avoidable. the only chance for me is refuse the parcel i can't afford and is not fair what is happened to me. Perfect whitening are letteraly not supporting me and often even didn't reply my emails. Practically they don't want to give me any refund just let you know the value of product over my shipping fee is 31$ so ridiculous they are so stubborn. I'll ask help my Australian friends to fix the situation for me with them, is clear they think are clever because I'm oversea atm and i can't do anything from here. that's not true, I'll think even legal way is necessary.
