No order confirmation, no comms at all, no replies to questions about order status or cancellation and refund request. Terrible.
I haven't received items nor notification of shipping or ANY replies to messages on their web form. I'm having to dispute the credit card charge since there's no indication I'm ever getting the items or that they'll refund the charge.
Until some people rate positively here I'd say don't go there. or send them questions on their web form first. If you don't get replies, well, you likely won't receive items either. Absolutely only pay by credit card or paypal so you can dispute if you don't receive items.
Ordered Mar 2. Requested status (via webform) a week later (Mar 9). No reply. Asked again on Mar 11 with indication that I would dispute the charge if no reply. Still no reply. Requested cancellation and refund a few days ago (no reply). I'll do that again now (4th time, not expecting reply) and will then dispute the charge.
The credit card charge says: CRESTAU SANDAKAN SAB in case that helps you (if your credit card charge says the same).
EDIT -- 24 days after the order was placed (26 March 2024) the items were delivered. I still have no comms from them at all (not in spam or anywhere) nor SMS or email notifications of the shipping status from the courier company. The package just appeared on our deck. I'd still give them a negative rating.
