Perfect profiles were amazing and high quality dental practice who unfortunatly became yet another victim to COVID 19 struggling business. Very sad to see them go.

Got a bone infection from perfect profile as a result of the dentist procedure some yeRs back. I had to visit hospital in london and a Gp over a long period of time .prior i had issues the dentist early stages of the inplant care. i wrote a review but then i was called by the manager who stated i would finish the business could i take it of which i did but now im concerned the
manger did this to all his customers to keep the complains at bay. November 2022 they shut down leaving many with no guarantees or refunds, surprise. i had to battle FIGHTING my case despite them knowing i have Austim/ learning differences.

Liquidation date 14/11/22 but needs confirming with companies house. I’ve been told the Administrator may be SRP advisory 01727 811111. I’ve not checked this as my claim is being dealt with by my credit card company. Good luck everyone.

I can confirm that the owners of the company Perfect Profiles ltd have decided to go into liquidation and liquidators have been appointed.

This practice seems to be a scam or has gone bust.

They took my money and are not answering any calls.

I need to call the Dental regulators about them as they owe me money.

This practice seems to have gone. They are not answering phones in Luton or Wolverhampton and they are not answering emergency phone lines or email.

I can’t recommend PP enough, I was terrified of dentists…I still am but the whole process was amazing! Sanjeev completely put me at ease the staff were so friendly ….but!….. I was/am slightly disappointed that for my annual checks I have been advised to find a practice more local. But still 5⭐️

I was scared of the dentist before I came here the staff are so friendly and the dentist takes time to explain everything that is happening or is going to happen I have had a lot of treatment all pain free and would highly recommend to any one really great work

When I used this dentist the manager was very rude and argumentative, so I cancelled my £5500 treatment plan

I had an implant at the Wolverhampton clinic and have been really impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of everyone there. The dentists take the time to explain what they are doing and to show you the results of x-rays and photographs. They inspire confidence and I cannot recommend them highly enough. In addition, the cost is absolutely value for money compared with other quotes I received. The aftercare is meticulous.

Spoke to the manager Damien he was rude and kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me speak I would rather go and spend my money elsewhere as I will never pay someone who is rude, he kept lecturing me how a homeless person can never afford a house and how expensive implants they offer is justifiable by his homeless person example when I questioned him about their high prices as they call their rates cheap and affordable, totally wrong how they have advertised to mislead customers then offer a free consultation and rip people off, how can they hire a manager who doesn’t respect patients, absolutely bonkers and when I asked to speak to a senior member of staff he laughed and said you’re out of luck as I am the manager. I will suggest never to use them.
