3 weeks after I ordered and no delivery, no response to emails, nobody answering the phone, and the contact form on the website doesn't work. Will have to claim from the credit card company

1 star purely for refund.
Ordered some skin cream through their website and paid extra for next day delivery. Received email confirmation of order and that was the last I heard.
Emailed them twice with no reply, tried their online chat-didn’t work, called them several times with no answer, even attempted their option of WhatsApp calls are available to find number wasn’t linked to the app. Finally raised a dispute with the bank who fully refunded the cost. Avoid at all costs! Disgraceful service.

Used a few times and they are great but seems the website is down now devastated

I have used this company 3 times now, and I have to say they have been brilliant. I have been poorly out of hours with a suspected chest infection, which is worse at night, and obviously no way of getting appropriate medication through my normal doctor.
I am based in Lostock, Bolton, and therefore not around the corner from their Oxford street branch. This pharmacy has, in my experience offered a second-to-none service and the young man who delivers is extremely polite and explains if there has been an alternative product due to something being out of stock.
The only thing I would say, for a service like this, in unsociable hours, expect to pay more for the medicines you need. They are willing to deliver up to 1am and therefore when coming from Manchester which is a good 20-25 minutes from where I am based, if you need supplies and are feeling poorly, I am willing to pay the extra money for the 90 minute delivery service. On both occasions they have turned up within 90 minutes and up to now I can’t fault them, so will defo be using again, should this be required. Thank you to the team and the polite courier. I couldn’t be happier with your service, despite it being more expensive than going through a doctor or picking up from a local chemist. I was in a position where this was not possible on the times I’ve used this company. I will also recommend you to friends and family should they ever need out of hours treatment. (There is the option of next day delivery to keep costs down, but I was not willing to wait based on how I felt) so there is that option too.

Ordered treatment for a middle ear infection and paid for next day delivery. After waiting in all day, nothing had arrived and I'd received no communications so I called them. I was told to call back in half an hour twice, then the third time I called I was told I had to pay an extra £9 to get them delivered that day. I'd already paid for next day delivery so refused. I was then told they may turn up tomorrow or the day after. I said I'd collect myself. So the next day I went and collected them and was told I wouldn't have received them that day anyway because it wasn't classed as urgent (the pain in my ear and face would tell me otherwise), despite I'd paid for next day delivery. Absolutely rotten chemist exploiting people in pain. And no, I never got the delivery I paid for refunded either. Would not use again.
