Percival’s marketing machine is very impressive. Great quality products but sadly let down by sub par service. They received my returns two weeks ago, but despite this and several emails from me chasing up, not so much as a peep out of them.
Only since I’ve encountered this problem I’ve become aware that this is not an isolated case……Had I known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have ordered anything.
You can’t charge as much as Percival do for their clothing without providing a service.
Percival…..more like pitiful!
If this goes on another week I’ll be requesting a chargeback on my card.

No reply from customer service in regards to a refund. Goods were returned well over a week ago and have received confirmation of the return. No excuse for delaying a refund, very disappointing given the price of the clothing.

Horrendous customer service. They are uncontactable and do not deal with returned items. I've had £155 sat with them since march and not heard a peep despite chasing multiple times. I will now be raising a credit card refunded under section 75 and won't be shopping with them again.

Really love Percival’s clothing, which makes this all the more disappointing. Royal Mail left my order outside my front door without knocking — a location I never authorised as a safe place. It was stolen before I could collect it.
I’ve emailed Percival but had no response. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are responsible for goods until they reach the customer, so I’m hopeful they’ll do the right thing with a refund or redelivery.
11/06/2026: Received a response to the initial email, but the matter is still unresolved - they went quiet after responding and after I reached back out.

Same experience as others. Returned part of my order for a refund over a month ago and heard nothing. Owed well over £300. Posting this in an attempt to try and get it back.

Bought the green linen suit for a wedding, which I really liked, got a lot of compliments. Was a bit unsure about dropping a lot of money on a suit I’d only ever wear a handful of times, but eventually took the plunge.
Getting the right size was tricky, I visited stores twice but they didn’t have them all in stock as it’s selling quick, so I ended up ordering two different sizes online, each with same day delivery. One did arrive the same day which is impressive but the other didn’t, which added to my stress as the wedding approached. The jacket and pants come with a yellow ribbon attached to them, kind of like a festival wristband, saying no returns accepted if tampered with or removed. Never seen that before, I guess they have problems with people wearing their suits for a wedding and then returning them.
Anyway, I get back to London after the wedding, try to return the suit I didn’t wear, only to find the jacket doesn’t have its tag. I thought I mixed it up with the jacket I did wear, but no, and got quite worried that I’d be stuck with two £200ish jackets. But then I found a dry cleaning tag in the pocket - and the date on it was before I ordered the jacket. Which proves I paid £200 for a jacket that had been worn and dry cleaned by someone else! I returned to the store (this is now the fourth visit) and they accepted the return. No quibbles, although you could say I had them bang to rights, only thanks to the dry cleaning tag.
I think the takeaway is just that you should check carefully what you order online, at the point of delivery. The staff in store were never anything less than helpful and polite, but I still think this is quite poor service from the brand.

Coat has a great design and fits well. It is very waterproof and breathable. Arrived super quickly. It is a bit expensive however, and zip could be made of better quality for the price (is a bit flimsy).

Avoid this company.
I ordered three polo shirts and returned all three over a month ago. They now have the returned items and still owe me over £200.
I have emailed them three separate times and they have completely ignored every message. There is no phone number, no proper customer service, and no other clear way to contact them.
Keeping someone’s money after receiving the returned goods, while refusing to respond to emails, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly advise others not to buy from them.

Made a trustpilot account for this. Ordered a linen suit from these guys as it was chosen for the groomsmen at a wedding. It showed up quickly so points for that but the thing looks like it has been pulled through a hedge. Frayed threads all over, poor stitching. Poor quality aside the least it could do is arrive in one piece.
Emailed customer service with photos of the quality to ask if that was normal or if I received a bad batch but as many others have said, it seems to you don’t get a reply unless you leave a public review, so here we are.
Will report back with returns from customer service, if any.

I've been a loyal customer for years and even invested on a funding round. I've loved the brand and style for a long time.
However, I recently returned an item for a different size and have waited over a month with zero update or contact about redelivery. I worry that the company have scaled back on customer support, leaving loyal customers with an extremely poor customer experience. The fact that the only email available is the generic hello@ gave me no confidence that the mailbox is being monitored. I had to reach out via Instagram, which I find deeply impersonal, to discover the size is out of stock so can't be returned. No idea if the size was out of stock a month ago but the result is very disappointing.
I hate to leave reviews like this but the whole experience has left me cold and seriously considering if I will be shopping with the brand again.

The quality is brilliant- however the communication re exchange has been terrible.
We have no idea if they intend on sending the new size or at least- a timeline as to when that could be.
Emails have been ignored and no phone number to even check the order is still live.

Good quality clothing that is a bit different. It is priced at a bit of a premium but it is quality

The gentleman I spoke with in the shop in Carnaby Street was great and very helpful who was able to put an online order in for me whist we were in store! Then customer service were also fantastic and quick to sort out any issues with the delivery promptly. The clothes are also fab, lovely fit and I think good quality! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The shoes I ordered were really good quality and looked great. My fiancé kept one pair and I returned the other, which were slightly too big.
However, it’s been three weeks since my return was delivered and I have still not received my refund. I have sent an email querying where this is, but still nothing. I have seen on their website that returns can take up to 28 days to process, which is absolutely ridiculous.
I won’t be ordering from them again.
Edit: it’s been 30 days now and I still have had no contact whatsoever from Percival about my refund.

Still waiting for my two refunds totalling £402 and have contacted customer service twice now with no avail. Originally requested an exchange, now just want my money back!! Annoying as they send me promotions via email and text but clearly no solid returns, refund or customer service! Not happy!

This is my 2nd time sending a review for the same experience. I was told to contact Percival about my refund via trust pilot using their customer service email address. Which I have now done 5 times. No response what so ever.
They owe me £229 from the 2 items I sent back. These items were received at their warehouse on 01/05/2026.
If this matter is not dealt with I will have to take legal action.
Avoid this company at all costs. The clothes are of a top quality but their customer service is non existent.
10/10 do not recommend

I bought some trousers from them but didnt like the fit or the qulaity. I returned this order on 15 March 2026 via InPost. Tracking confirms the parcel was delivered and accepted on 17 March 2026 at 5:24 PM — nearly eight weeks ago. Despite this, I have received no refund and no communication explaining the delay.
Website says it can take 28 days, plus 10 days for refund to clear, so beware of buying from them if you think you may need to return.
There is only an email to contact them and i've never had a response, so leaving a review here with the hope that it may get their attention.
