I will say this. In the beginning everything seems fine as you are going through the ordering process. However the moment you ask why things are taking long with the order they get upset and just cancel orders. Could be a blessing in disguise. If this is how they treat customers during the order I can only imagine after the order.

I love this company. I bet I have ordered 30 or more pairs of glasses through the years. They stand behind their glasses, always there to help and make sure they fit right, lenses are right. Prices are the best. They will make sure your glasses are what you want. I will continue to use them forever.

My third pair in the last 6 years, great price great service

I had questions about ordering a second pair of darker transition lenses that would darken in the car as well as more than when outside in the sun. I called and spoke to Justin in Customer Service. He was excellent! I give him 5 stars for the explanation and all of the help in me getting my second pair of glasses. He was fantastic! My second order was a bit pricey but they should fit the needs I have.

The glasses were too small and I tried to contact them on Thursday to do an exchange but they took so long to respond until it was finally Monday when they got back to me with an exchange code. Now it’s going to take another 12 days for my new glasses to arrive and I had to pay full price for both pairs because they wouldn’t respond to me. It’s going to take me close to a month to get the glasses I need. Their customer service is terrible.

Your asked me what the glasses are used for. I selected "driving." I was never given that choice by other on-line vendors.

I always enjoy buying glasses from Payne. I am able to try them on and decide which pair I like. Also I never have any problems with the glasses I order.
