It was perfect, simple and easy maybe a recommendation would be to allow Apple Pay to be used but other than that it was simple and easy

I recently offered porcelain paving slabs from the website which was easy and straightforward. I ordered several samples before hand which came quickly. Slabs were delivered efficiently with no breakages and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They have now been laid in my back patio and I love them down.

I have not ordered from this company before but they offered the best price for my requirements - two pallets of Marshalls Weathered Croft Stone. The order was delivered at lunch time and the pallets were offloaded via a tail-lift and power assisted pump truck. The driver kindly offered to ascend the steep drive but his battery was flat. It was just as well because he would never have made it! Every block, I carried them all, was in perfect condition. Not a single one was damaged. I have some more retaining walls to do so I will be ordering from this company again, possibly next year. Thank you so much.

I was told via the site when I made the order that delivery would be 5-7days. Not true
I had to call repeatedly to chase up the delivery. I was given a date and the order didn’t arrive. Eventually I was told to call the delivery company they use/subcontract to, to find out the delivery date!!! I refused and told them to do it as they were the ones to subcontract the work. When you call they ‘appear helpful’ etc but blatantly lie about delivery. I believe the items I ordered due to the amount were not in stock, but they wouldn’t admit it. I organised 2 times for my workmen to arrive to start the work on a promise of delivery. Both times no delivery arrived. The tiles eventually arrived on the 3 rd occasion. No communication with you. You have to call them. I will never use again or recommend this company. I did ask in one of my conversations why they didn’t advertise the fact that they are useless at delivery… but that wouldn’t get any business would it?

Good quality slabs plus I had a special request re; delivery which the team communicated well about and were able to respond to.

I had a great experience with Paving superstore! The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, and the paving materials were top quality. The team was super friendly and helpful — highly recommend!

No complaints about the products or delivery, and the service staff on the phone were pleasant to deal with, but I have had to repeatedly chase a reimbursement for more than £200 for more than six weeks without success. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered a Rowlinson Log Store via Paving Superstore. Turns out the item is delivered directly by Rowlinson and Paving Superstore’s website saying the item was in stock was actually a load of rubbish. I had to contact Rowlinson directly myself (because PS’s customer service didn’t want to admit the screw up to me, so are ignoring emails) to find out it was out of stock, and would take at least another 2 weeks for it to be dispatched.
First and last time I’ll be using Paving Superstore.

Easy ordering experience. Delivery straightforward by really helpful guy. Slabs all in perfect condition and a really good mixed selection. Everything as described.

Kevin, who I spoke to on both occasions I called, was very helpful in every respect. Ready to answer any question and very quick with everything he promised to do. Altogether, my order and delivery process ran smoothly. Delivery as organized. The product is great too. Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: company have now said it was their error marking it as waiting for stock rather than a refund. Now been told I have to wait another 10 days for a refund. Horrendous service on the phone on the phone this morning never been spoken to like that when a company have messed about twice and I’m still £1070 out of pocket. Your reply is completely false and meaningless after yet another bad experience………DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are a lot better ones out there. Needed a certain type of slab and this company had it in stock ready for delivery according to website and then a phone call with the company to confirm. The working day before delivery at 4.30 I was told they don’t have them. So I asked what can you do to help me and my customer out. Their suggestions were to tell the customer either to have a smaller patio and pay extra for different slabs or use sandstone instead of what my customer had requested. Not happy at all, I drove 200 miles to get the slabs my customer wanted at no extra charge to them and keep the job on track, that’s how companies should treat their customers. Haven’t had a refund for nearly a month now and struggling to get money back
