Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido sumamente decepcionante. Realicé un pedido de cuatro productos, calculando cuidadosamente el presupuesto, incluyendo el costo de envío para los cuatro artículos. Después de esperar pacientemente durante una semana, descubro que no solo no han enviado mi pedido completo, sino que también dos de los productos ni siquiera están disponibles.

He solicitado en varias ocasiones la cancelación y el reembolso total, pero la empresa parece hacer oídos sordos a mis preocupaciones. Tras días de espera y preguntas sin respuesta, actualizan el estatus del envío a dos de las piezas, insistiendo en cobrarme el mismo costo de envío inicial. Les informo que solo dos de los cuatro productos NO me sirven, y a pesar de demostrar con capturas de pantalla que el paquete ni siquiera ha salido de su país, se niegan a cancelar el pedido.

Esta empresa no solo ha sido una pérdida de dinero, sino también una pérdida considerable de tiempo y paciencia. Mi recomendación más sincera es evitar realizar compras con ellos a toda costa. La falta de transparencia, la mala comunicación y la incapacidad para rectificar errores son características preocupantes que hacen que mi experiencia con esta empresa sea una pesadilla total.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for four products, carefully calculating the budget, including the shipping cost for all four items. After patiently waiting for a week, I discover that not only have they not shipped my complete order, but also two of the products are not even available.

I have requested the cancellation and full refund several times, but the company seems to turn a deaf ear to my concerns. After days of waiting and unanswered questions, they update the shipping status to two of the items, insisting on charging me the same initial shipping cost. I inform them that only two out of the four products do not meet my needs, and despite providing screenshots showing that the package hasn't even left their country, they refuse to cancel the order.

This company has not only been a waste of money but also a significant loss of time and patience. My sincerest recommendation is to avoid making purchases with them at all costs. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and inability to rectify errors are concerning characteristics that make my experience with this company a complete nightmare.

Your help and support staff sucks, also you should have an discount program for good clients

What made my experience great was the fact that I always get what I ordered and it is always on time.

Very bad experience, partsouq tell you pay now the order will ship on the next day. I bought a parts where partsouq said available 5 day after the status is PAID, write Partsouq to cancel because the shipping is very bad, they answer this is an special order, I can't cancel it, where the part will arrive very late for me.
I can say DO NOT BUY PARTS with partsouq until said the parts is available, is Fake
