I paid an extra $25.00 for quick 2 day shipping and it took almost a week to get my parts. don't waste money on there shipping promises.

Tried to order KitchenAid mixer, stainless steel paddle and accessories. It says free shipping and $39.95 for the 3 parts, paddle, dough hook, & whip. It includes a discount code, but the set comes up at $79.95, charges for shipping, and the discount only gives me $1.00 off. No thanks.

I Bought a Samsung remote control OEM and I got a cheap Chinese replica it doesn’t even work.

Once again I've had an excellent experience shopping, ordering, and having my much needed product delivered. My parts were easy to find online on the website, available -in stock, payment checkout was easy, and after parts were ordered, I was updated several times of confirmation of the order and able to check tracking. Parts arrived well packaged, and box was in good shape (unlike most of my amazon orders) and delivered faster than anything I order on amazon (and I pay to be a prime member and have 2day shipping!) Order made on 12/10/25 and received on 12/15/25. I absolutely recommend partsdiscount.com as company you can rely on and trust.

Ordered a Whirlpool washing machine part for my grandmother. We were sent the wrong item. We then started the return process only to find out that the only thing refund is the part price; no taxes, fees or shipping costs back. Shipped the item out with tracking and waited the 5-7 business days for a refund. When we never received the refund we went to their “support” page which is just a fillable form that is only accessible during certain times. No phone number, no address, no anything else - very sketchy. Ended up submitting two forms as we never received a response. Finally received a response today stating that “we are not a part of the BBB, we have blocked your email, take care”. What kind of scam business is this?! Taking advantage of the elderly and being rude is your goal?

Although I paid extra for genuine Maytag parts, they sent me aftermarket parts and when I called them out on it, they tried to gas light me and tell me that I ordered aftermarket parts but my invoice shows that I ordered and paid for Maytag parts. Another item that I ordered arrived damaged and they refuse to pay for me to ship it or the other parts back to them. Apparently when they send you the wrong thing or send you damaged merchandise, it’s on you to pay to ship it back. They then decided to ignore me after I called them out on their lie to me. These people are dumb business people because I have a houseful of appliances that at some point will need parts, yet they were willing to screw me over to save a few dollars on shipping. If you want really lousy customer service and to be cheated, by all means do business with these people.

I ordered parts for a dryer and they sent me washer parts and won’t make it right.
they want me to pay $35 to talk with someone about their problem where they made a mistake… don’t order from these people!!!

I was having trouble finding a part for my old GE Clothes Dryer. Partsdiscount.com had it. I put in my order and the part was shipped the same day. Received it today. A day earlier than expected. I would definitely use Partsdiscount.com again. Great price, fast Free shipping! All Good!

They sent me the wrong broken part. I returned said part for a refund and 1 month and 24 days later I received no help and limited answer on my return. No customer service.

I ordered a part for our whirlpool dryer. I made sure the part was specified to fit our make and model, yet, when I received the part, it did not fit. I contacted PartsDiscount several times and was told that I could return the part only if I pay shipping. Since they sent an incorrect part that seems ludicrous. I will never order anything from them again since they clearly cannot be trusted to send you a part you can use.

Company delayed my shipping time after I paid a specific premium for a short time because I needed my washer back up and running, then when I reached out to them to resolve this or at least get a reason I was met with nothing but anger, hostility, and harassment. Terrible customer service, false claims of shipping costs and times, and just an all around awful company.

What part for my dishwasher at the end of January 2025. It broke at the end of September 2025. Emailed the company to see if I can get a replacement, they never responded

A few months ago i had order a part. IT wasn't the exact match as described on the website. I returned it within days in the box and in the plastic which was never used... Also, was eligible to return the part at the time. I emailed customer service 4 to 5 times. No response whatsoever. I will never order from this site again. The least they can do is reply to my emails. I'm happy to order my supplies from elsewhere.

The ordering process was as expected but the problem came with the customer services. I noticed the deliver attempt was rejected due to an inaccurate address.
I contacted them to correct the error and asked for it to be resent. The response was "you need to reorder, thx"
I asked again to resend the item, they refused, and never offered a refund and wanted to argue.
After further research their reviews are awful and it's a MAGA business. Not surprising.

I have been emailing company since the moment after order was placed. I entered wrong address and immediately caught my mistake. I havent received one response and its been over a month. I obviously never recieved the part I purchased but cannot get in touch with the company about the correct address or a refund.

They sent me a damaged lint filter and want me to pay to send it back! The cost to send it back is half of what I payed for the product! If the company was good they would just send me a new one since it arrived damaged! They have not been helpful!

Needed a dryer lint filter. They had exactly what I needed at the lowest price I could find. Came in a timely manner, when it said it would, and was in great condition. Has worked great ever since.

Wrong item received. Tried to return with no success or refund . 😥
